So lately for me, this Pizza Hut has improved. I mean, Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, it is a chain and you know what you are getting… you either like it or you don’t. This leaves the cleanliness and service to review:
So this location is very clean and the past two times I have gone, I have gotten a guy named Billy who looks like he is new, but super friendly. I will keep coming back for friendly service with a smile!

Today is Monday, I placed my order at 2pm. Typically isn’t a busy time right? It’s after the normal lunch rush I would assume. I placed my order online and it said my order would be here at 2:35. Great. At 2:45 still no pizza. So I call Pizza shut and they say they are extremely busy and they are sorry. Another ten minutes go by and I finally get my pizza. Two delivery guys show up, which was weird because I have never seen that. Go inside and what do you know, the wrong order! So my pizza is twenty minutes late and not even the right order. I call the manager back and her assistant (whoever answered the phone) placed me on «hold» and they never came back to the phone. Iv had issues with them before but this was the worst experience.

Pizza was good, just like I’d expect from Pizza Hut, but the service was slow! There were hardly any customers, but we had to wait a while for someone to take our order, then one pie came out fast and the other one a few minutes later, but then no service after that. We finally had to go up to to register to ask for a drink refill. When it came time to pay, no one wanted to take my money. It would have been easy to walk out. There were 6 employees that I could see, just no one paying attention to the customers. Disappointing.

Went in for wings — had the Parmesan. It was wing Wednesday so they were like 69 cents a piece. Prices were reasonable and wings just fine… had better though. But for the price it wasn’t bad.

Hit and miss is right. I ordered 14 honey bone out chicken wings. Pizza was good. Pizza rolls good. The wing box was somping with sauce. Some wings were fully covered with sauce some just half way. I had plenty of sauce in the box. Thank you very much. I had to use a knife and fork on these chicken wings. VERY over done. Crispy. Was hoping for at least one «tender» wing. Not tonight. It will be awhile before we return.

Sometimes there is comfort in consistency. Which is why chain stores work. I know that no matter where I go, I can get a thin crust supreme pizza with a side of Creamy Italian (don’t shoot me foodies) and it will more than likely be good!
This Pizza Hut location is no different. Service can be a hit or a miss. But we usually opt for carry out and the pizza is always hot and our order is correct.
