This place is pretty bomb if you ask me. I came here to meet up with a friend and wasn’t sure about the place itself. This totally reminded me of a San Francisco hipster type of coffee place. You can see them brewing the coffee and the beans are of pretty high quality. I got the 4oz espresso with milk and it was really good! I ended up putting a bit of cream and um a lot of sugar(whoops!) and to me, it tasted even better! I’ll definitely go back here when I need a strong coffee!

I am absolutely in love with this coffee shop. The design is minimalistic, and the coffee is personally one of my favorites in Tucson. The shop is relatively cozy, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying or catching up with friends. The only gripe I have with Presta is that they close early(at 2) so I can’t spend as much time there. Overall, I would recommend this to everyone and anyone that enjoys great coffee and an inspirational workspace!

This is a treasure tucked away. Beautifully drawn, smooth latte. This is a good place to get work done and longer for an hour or two. Not many pastries and no alternative milks, but straightforward.

I like this place a lot, from the amazing coffee choices, knowledgeable staff, to the tiny scenes of moss and succulents in vintage glass coffee carafe and lots of natural light, this place is wonderful.

This place was a gem. Little hard to find but well worth the hunt. It’s behind the cool wall. Minimalist, tasteful, hipster décor with REALLY well informed staff. Tried two of their espressos and loved both. While you sip your coffee, you can watch them roasting the beans in front of you while you ogle their high end coffee machinery. Check this place out!

I’m just going to agree with previous reviewers. The best coffee shop I’ve ever been to.

This little gem in Tucson was introduced to me by my good friends who know trendy new spots to eat food at and in this case, to drink coffee at! Wonderful service, absolutely LOVE the contemporary modern look of the place, and also the simplicity and intricacy is what makes Presta Coffee Roasters super cool! Oh and I forgot to mention that their cold brew coffee is awesome!!! Can’t wait to try more stuff here, but try the cold brew. It’s super smooth, nice and subtle, and tastes really good!

My previous review stands and please read it. I am in the process of revising my ratings so that a 5 Star rating is reserved for those places that pay attention to all the details and hit their mark on almost all of them. I love the attention to detail that Presta pays to the coffee making process. But even they will admit this location, which just started up as a café in May, is a work in progress. They have coffee here, but that’s about it. So look towards the future for this location(and some of the plans I’ve heard sound pretty cool), but for now it is a 4 Star experience.

Excellent coffee in a great modern/minimalist space. Lots of attention to detail, such as hand made pottery mugs. And a friendly staff. Love it! My favorite so far in Tucson.

I just stopped in to Presta after hearing about it from a colleague. The shop isn’t marked from the street, but as soon as you walk into the main building entrance you’ll see Presta on the right. The service and coffee were both great. Tracy, the barista, was genuinely welcoming and helpful in explaining their coffees and she showed interest in getting to know the customers. The coffee was also very distinctive and flavorful. They had two different roasts on hand for espresso, a single origin and a blend. A nice neighborhood joint!

Think of Presta as a prohibition-style coffee roaster. There is no sign indicating where it should be. It’s hidden within a mid-century modern architectural firm, whose design prowess spills into the shop. Inside, you’ll find polished concrete, reclaimed wood, desert flora, and antique road bikes. There’s some really interesting seating on the patio, too. They serve a fantastic espresso at a fair price($ 2-$ 6 depending on size). We took a bag of beans home. I’m drinking a cup as I write this review… it’s inspiring!

Really cool hipster place with artisanal coffee. It would get 5 stars if there were some milk choices other than whole milk and coffee choices beyond espresso.

Presta is one of Tucson’s newest local wholesale coffee roasters and they don’t disappoint! Ever been to Stella Java– The ultra sweet little coffee shop located inside the Mercado San Agustin? Well, Presta is brought to you by the same owners. I get my coffee almost daily at Stella and of course they now use Presta coffee beans. As far as I’ve seen, their coffee line up includes beans from Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea and Colombia. Stop by Stella Java and taste their product. Follow them on social media(facebook or Instagram) to stay looped in on other locations you can find their beans. I haven’t stopped by the roastery yet, but it looks like their currently still building out to make it a coffee shop too!
