I pop into this salon a few times a year when I’m in the neighborhood, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly and polite. I’ve only had pedicures here, but they’ve never chipped and last for far longer than I care to admit to leaving the polish on. Definitely a great break during a long shopping trip too.

Zero stars! The lady overcharged me for things i didn’t ask for, cut up my fingers, was extremely rude, and ruined both my fingers and toes because she was in a rush. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’m actually going to the better business Bureau.

Asked the technician to file my nails to an even length and square. They are uneven and in random lengths, like she just smoothed random spots. My cuticles look almost untouched. At least it wasn’t expensive, and the polish was applied well. The technician tried to sell me a gel mani several times after I said no.

This place is awesome!!! They have a bunch of designs to chose from and the atmosphere is amazing, definitely coming back

Ew. Cross your fingers for me that I don’t get a fungal infection. Dirty/​run down service area. Cheap polish brands. Uncomfortable seating. Rough technicians. My little piggies are in pain! Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the technicians aren’t completely rude or dismissive.

Pedicures have already been spoken for, but manicures and waxing are a different issue altogether. Pearl does great nails. She is from Vietnam, and comes to Tucson via California, but she speaks fluent English. She does great nails. And she does a great job waxing eyebrows. Once you get to know her, she’ll put you in her cellphone and if you call her to ask what the wait time is, she’ll call you and let you know when to come in. That, to me, is incredibly helpful because I don’t want to have to make appointments and then wait anyway.
The one thing I will say that doesn’t impress me about Pearl’s services is that she doesn’t have the best shellac colors, but you’ll find something you like.
