I just moved to Tucson and have been on the hunt for a place that does nails and waxing and it looks like I’ve found it. I walked in last week for pedicure and the woman did such a fantastic job I ended up getting a manicure as well. I went back a few days later for a eyebrow/​lip/​chin wax and the woman took her time and was extremely thorough with both the waxing and the tweezers. She then used some kind of great cream afterwards that took all the redness away. It was fantastic. Lucky for me this place is within waking distance of where I’m staying but no matter where I end up permanently I will keep coming to Rich Nails.

I’ve been to this salon for mani/​pedis and I’ve never been disappointed. Sometimes it’s hard to explain how you like the length or shape of your nails but here, my nails always turn out exactly how I wanted them. I’ve also been here to fix bad nail jobs from other places and they’ve always been very helpful and patient with me (I’m pretty picky). I was there on a Tuesday around noon and there were three techs and only one other customer.

I’ve been going to Rich Nails for a year or so, they always have time even for 2 or 3 without an appointment (when I’ve taken my daughters impromptu). Their luxurious service takes about an hour or even more for a mani-​pedi but they never rush. While not an «elegant» salon, it’s a very calm ambiance, and it’s relaxing to sit in the massaging chairs and look out at the Catalina Mountains while getting the whirlpool pedicure which includes a thorough massage followed by hot towel wrap. My nails are good for WEEKS even with the regular service. PS. I also enjoy the technicians giggling & chatting in Viet Namese over the cooking shows on the flat screen at the back of the salon.

Rich Nails is extremely inexpensive ($ 20 for spa pedicure, $ 30 for pedi and mani) and the staff has always been welcoming and they remember me each time I go in. I have never gotten a spa pedicure for this price nor with such quality. The woman spent nearly an hour with me and my toes look awesome!
