Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Be careful — all the local Sherwin Williams stores come up when you search for wallpaper but only a few actually have it. CALL FIRST!

This paint store has the worst customer service, not only is it the worst customer service, but they’re also condescending rude and no help what so ever.
I was told that I needed to hire a contractor to help me refinish a mesquite table I was building. A CONTRACTOR. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Because customer service here is horrible!

But seriously, the staff is very helpful. The paint (I’m no expert!) is good quality. They have all those little painting things that you don’t normally think about until you get home and need them (edger things, drop clothes, all the rollers you could dream of).
My one complaint is the store itself. I know it’s not the fancy part of town, but if someone wants their house to look beautiful, they might want to come to a neat and beautiful store.

I might be a little biased because I used to paint homes to make some money in grad school and college and we used Sherwin-​Williams paints.)Or does that make me an expert on the subject?) Regardless, I believe we did this because I worked for a guy who cared about his business, and wanted to use only the best of materials. I’ve tried others – Sherwin-​Williams is heads above all other paints out there. The paint offered is top notch, with low VOC readily available.
Plus, I have yet to be steered wrong, or even to be displeased with the service given by the staff. This goes for this location, as well as two others in Tucson, and elsewhere across this country. They simply seem to find people who care about their product and their customer base. That all said, expect to pay more than you would buying paint at Home Depot. Nevertheless, you get what you pay for.
This location in particular has a great selection of anything and everything you need to start a painting project on the interior or exterior of your property. They also have paint sprayers for rent or purchase. Throw in the good, central location and you have yourself a winner.
