Hands down the best nursery on the NW side of town! It’s got a nice variety of plants, knowledgable and friendly staff, and when I wanted more of a plant than what they had in stock, they placed an extra order so I could get my special plants. They even took the time to look at my backyard blueprint/​plans, help recommend things, and help me customize my backyard to the look of the foliage and colors that I wanted. Can’t recommend enough!

We live nearby and really want to like this nursery. The employees seem knowledgable but every plant we have purchased from Silverbell has died. They do not guarantee or replace plants, and I have only had this sad plant issue with this nursery. Sad but true!

The staff here is super knowledgeable and helpful. The sell Christmas trees and they have a farmer’s market every Wednesday!

Excellent selection of native & non native plants & also huge array of fruit trees specially selected for our SW climate needs. Staff was very friendly & knowledgable. Even if you live kind of far from there, it is worth the trip just for the level of expertise & customer service.

Family owned wholesale and retail nursery for over 50 years! The staff and certified sales personnel are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great spot to find colorful annuals to spruce up your pots, herbs for the kitchen, or perennials to fill in the xeriscaped backyard.

Wow, why has it taken me so long to make the short trip up to this local nursery?! What a great place, with a very informed staff. They specialize in flora that work well in this arid environment. Prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that I wish there was more stuff here. Not that they are lacking, it’s just that I have seen more selection among varieties at some other nurseries.
Another strong positive point for this nursery is that they build water-​harvesting and storage systems. And this appears to be done at a reasonable cost.
Overall great nursery with plenty of choices, friendly and knowledgable staff, and water-​harvesting options.

This is a great nursery, lush and green in a deserty way, a sort of crawling gardens of Babylon. The staff persons I talked to were friendly and jokey but know their inventory really well; one immediately took me to the creosote when I asked for it and also – I was impressed by this – recommended a specific plant when I described what I was looking for (something trailing and heavily leaved and shade-​tolerant). It’s also reasonably priced. I’m thinking I might move in.
