We were in the market for a new bed and worked with Stephany; she was fantastic to deal with and was very supportive and non-pushy, all things I like is a sales representative. We ended up with the P5 and also grabbed some of their pillows while we were there after falling in love with a couple of them. The only complaint I have so to speak is that one of our pillows is yet to arrive(we ordered back in mid-December); I should note that the one that did arrive came promptly in great condition. When I called the 800-number to inquire about why the pillow had not arrived, they seemed unsure and didn’t offer much guidance other than«it will ship soon.» This is where this Sleep Number store did a great job — I called, they immediately looked into the problem, and saw in the system that it was back-ordered and gave me the soon-to-be shipping date. Hoping that it arrives as planned next week! As for delivery, was smooth sailing. We even had to reschedule once because our furniture arrived later than anticipated and we had to bump it back a couple of days. The delivery date was easily set, the employees were great at setting up the bed/walking us through the features, and they were really pleasant to speak with as well. Great experience all around for this location; the customer service via the 800-number is just so-so.

Sleep number is without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever had dealings with. I will never return to this store or company. The store manager convinced us to buy a bed at 0.0% financing and said to pay the minimum due on our bill to save our money. In other words, use the company’s money instead of our own. After paying the total amount due on time each month, the total amount of interest charged was $ 1500. Now the company will not negotiate. The manager explained this incorrectly and the company will not even communicate with me. This is the most unethical company I’ve ever had dealings with. Take your money elsewhere. ****After going back and forth with the finance company, the wrong was essentially corrected. With that being said we do like our bed but be careful if you are going to finance it. After the situation has been corrected we will return to Sleep Number as we do like the product they produce****(updated 10/20/15)****

I’ve gone through your troubleshooting procedure several times. Your support staff have told me that there is nothing they can do for me. The problem is the bed itself, not my use of it. I complained about this within two years of buying the bed and you sent me a featherbed pad. I’ve even installed a foam support, which made the bed uncomfortably hot in addition to the inadequate support. Both sides leak slowly. Even if they didn’t, the back support is inadequate, with insufficient support for my hips. You’ve enriched my chiropractor. I can’t get a decent night’s sleep.
