Ordered by phone for delivery. It was quick and easy. My sandwich Club Lulu was fabulous.

Such great sandwiches and bread! This location was spotless – I could have eaten off the floor. Service was great and friendly, food was tasty, and the freshness was delightful. I will definitely return!

Sandwiches were made before I got my beverage. Staff very friendly. Restroom clean. Dining area also very clean!!! Thought I wanted a tuna sandwich but realized I didn’t after the first bite. Although it was my mistake, manager Jeremy, saw that I wasn’t happy, he offered to make me another sandwich of my choosing at no cost! Plushe gave my friend and I free cookies and made sure I was happy with second choice! Will come back for sure!!!

First off, I give the sandwiches 5 stars, they are delicious and for the money you can’t beat it. Always fast and friendly. The one star deduction is because of the «artwork» on the walls of the men’s bathroom. There are probably 20 pictures of various types of positions/​styles of men peeing. One had a guy peeing on the floor (called the drunken), another called «Morning Riser» with a man peeing straight up in the air… I was offended not as an adult, but I have kids and Jimmy John’s is not the place you would expect to see such vulgar artwork; it belongs in a bar or other «adult» establishments. They have the Jimmy John’s seal on it, so it comes from the company itself. Poor choice if you ask me.

Great place to stop for a sandwich. People are always friendly and man these guys are fast! Most I the time the sandwich is ready just as I’m finished with the card payment! Always fresh too.

I had my sandwich made before I even finished paying for it! Crazy fast service, clean and relaxing environment and delicious subs!

When they say «freaky fast,» they mean freaky fast! They had made my sandwich and we’re handing to me before I received my change back from the cashier. Love this place! Always clean, friendly, and fast. Best roast beef I ever had from a sandwich shop.

I can’t enough of Jimmy Johns. Their sandwiches are just fantastic, especially the french bread! You can’t go wrong with most of their sandwiches, but my personal favorite is the Club Lulu– fresh sliced turkey, BACON, lettuce, tomato, and heavenly mayo. I don’t see why anyone would even bother with Quiznos or Subway or those other chains after trying Jimmy Johns. My only gripe is that I can only get a taste when I fly into Tucson for business as there are currently no Jimmy Johns in SoCal.

Fine customer service at this traditional, safe, Jimmy’s location. Quick as usual and fresh cut meats make a solid sandwich or club. Pro tip: ask for light lettuce! (I think its frozen or kept at really low temps!)

This is a GREAT Jommy John’s– QUICK service, clean tables, fresh food. It doesn’t get much better than this!
The parking lot can be annoying to get out of, since it’s right off of (busy) Oracle, but that’s not really their fault.

I stopped by this jimmy johns inbetween a work appt last saturday! fast service; friendly and close the the tucson mall!

I ordered a sandwich called the Big John and asked for some extra toppings. Their delivery was quick, but what they brought me had so little inside it I had to pull the bread appart to see if there was anything at all. There was just a trace of meat, and each of the extra toppings I’d asked for, but in very small quantity. Even after eating the entire foot long sub I was still hungry. You would think that ordering a sandwich called the Big John, it would be, oh, I don’t know… Big? Maybe even filling? And it’s not cheap either. I could have gone to Subway or Quiznos or any other sandwich place in town and gotten something better tasting and much larger for less money.
Once I got home, the first thing I did was to make lunch since I was still so hungry. The second thing I did was to call the shop and ask to talk to the manager. Rather than apologizing, or offering to make things right in any way, she just hung up on me.
Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from JJ again.

Are the ingredients fresh? Yes. Are they quick to make a sandwich? Yes. Are they «gourmet»? No. Honestly, I don’t really see the difference between JJ’s and Subway. Although fresh, the ingredients just don’t have any taste. Tasteless lettuce, tasteless tomato, tasteless bread, and some vaguely salty meat.

I always suggest that my friends try JJ’s. the food is so fresh, definitely unlike subway. my personal fave difference is that instead of squirting condiments on the sandwich in a heep, the spread it instead. just like you would at home :) service is great, & just thinkin about the sandwich I get there makes me crave it now! so many choices & I haven’t found one sandwich I don’t like.

We order Jimmy Johns at least once at week at work, I frequently call in with an order for a 15 person party platter and it’s always delivered within about 20 minutes! Great job Jimmy Johns!

I have been a fan of Jimmy John’s since the 90’s. So when I found out they were coming here to Tucson back in the day I was so excited!!! You can’t pass up the veggie on wheat! I think it’s one of the best veggie sandwiches out there!
I like coming to this location because it is not so crowded every time I go. I wanted to give them 5 stars, but every time I go there I order water to drink, and it always tastes funny. Hopefully someone will read this and get their water fountain fixed.

Jimmy Johns has great sandwiches. The bread is good and the deli meats fantastic. (I’m from Philly and know a good Hoagie) The one downside. The lettuce is shredded and as a result very bland.
They sandwiches are very reasonably priced and the service is fast. We’ll go back.
Until Frankie builds a Cheesesteak shop in Oro Valley this will do just fine.

Jimmy John’s, if you haven’t ever had it before, is like a subway done right. There is a ton of personality in the restaurants even though they are all the same. The food is always fresh, and tastes real unlike subway. They are saying it is good sandwiches, freaky fast, and it’s true. I never can manage to get my cup full at the soda machine before my sandwich is ready.
They have a fair variety on the menu, but for some reason I always order the same thing. It’s just a good regular sandwich with a great fresh taste to it. A lot of the time we also get their «yesterdays bread» (a fresh-​baked their bread every day, and apparently what doesn’t get used, good sold the next day) for $ 0.50 and make sandwiches at home.
If you’re a worker bee and you want somewhere different to get lunch, definitely give Jimmy John’s a shot. They won’t make you late, or break the bank.
They also do catering, and delivery. The delivery is always ridiculously fast for me at least.
