Not worth it. For the same amount of money you get more food at JJ. The cashier was rude and the portions were small. It tasted good, but that’s about it. I wouldn’t eat there again unless I had a coupon.

Another sub sandwich place. Ordered a large Italian. They have one of those new computerized Soda machines. Not much to say about the sandwich either. Didn’t have a lot of character to it. The service was definitely much better than the sandwich.

The sandwiches were pretty good. I like the Firehouse theme as well. I would have given them a 5, however the meals are a little pricey. BOGO today on retailme not btw. If you don’t mind the price, go give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

LOVE this spot! I’m from Cali and wish we had this sandwich shop in Ventura county, several of them. Sandwiches are super ono and they make me feel like I am part of the squad. They are super helpful, fast, and what great service!

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but waited 32 minutes for my sandwich. It was during middle of the week lunch hour rush(last week of July) but even so, I’ve never waited more than 10 or 15 minutes at any of their competitors. Oh well, I hope they have taken care of the logistics to do things in a timely manner. Love their sandwiches.

The single best FHS I’ve ever been to. From the moment you enter, they’re friendly and attentive, to the moment you sit down to eat, they’re made well and fresh as can be. The manager and staff was extremely nice, the restaurant was immaculately clean and the food was truly fresh! A++ Well worth the extra money to eat here over Subway. And I love Subway as well! P. S. — My 2.5 year old daughter cried when we left! They were extremely nice to her!

This is by far the best sandwich chain in Tucson. The ingredients are absolutely amazing and all of the meat is cooked much better than one could find at Eegees, Subway or Quiznos. The caveat is that the better ingredients have a little of a premium and are slightly more expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for and it is worth it. This place does brisket better than many expensive restaurants, and their proprietary cherry limeade drink is incredible. This location is pretty new and very clean with good service. Go check it out now!

Love this place. Come here every Friday for lunch. Great sandwiches, amazing service. They have a counter dedicated for hot sauces, haven’t seen that at any other place. Definitely would recommend this place.

I always like to try new places and especially new sub shops. I use East Coast Subs as the bench mark for steak and cheese subs. The FH steak and cheese does not hold a candle to ECS. I had it with grilled mushrooms and onions. The mushrooms are canned and not grilled, the onions were cooked but not grilled. The steak was torn up roast beef or similar. It was not steak, it was tough and dry. The store is cute and clean and the crew was friendly and attentive. I will give them one more try to see how the Italian compares to Sausage Deli.

The place was really clean and new, which is nice. Everyone working there was really friendly, too. Had the turkey & cranberry«lighter fare» sandwich which was super tasty. They do a «steam heat» thing, so the turkey was very moist and yummy. I think there was too much meat on the sandwich compared to cranberry sauce, but otherwise a good lunch. The cups were HUGE and the combo meal cost about $ 10 total. A bit expensive for a sandwhich, bag of chips, and soda, but really tasty.
