Absolute worst dry cleaner I’ve ever been to. Rude, unhelpful staff that could care less about customer service. I took my clothes in and not only did they not come back clean but the cleaners ironed in permanent labels but wrote on my clothing. Finally, I noticed that they broke seams in my ties and did not want to pay to have them fixed. Would not recommend

this place sucks. i never did any dry cleaning before, saw the review here is good and went check out this place. the girl is not very clear about the prices. she took a long time to look it up in computer and told me it’s twenty something for two coats. i asked is there any discount, she said with student discount, it will be 22 and with a better coupon it will be 19. i think the price is acceptable, she did not give me any receipt and ask me to pay when i pick up the coat. two days after, there is only a old lady there. the price labeled is 26. the old ladies keep saying she don’t know, i can’t argue with her. just avoid this place.

I would not normally write a review for the place I do my dry cleaning at but I was compelled after my last visit. For the last 3 years I have gone to the Sparkle Cleaners on Speedway to get my dry cleaning done. There has never been any issues with my clothing being tainted (as it has been at other cleaners) or altered in any way. I have had one problem with my last visit because one shirt was not done on time. But because my shirt was not done on time, Sparkle Cleaners took care of my entire bill! They really take good care of their customers and I recommend to everyone.
