Sprint Store

This is a smaller store than most of the others in town. Knowing this, I called ahead to make sure they had the phones we were looking for. Also because it’s smaller, this store is SO much less busy than the next closest one. That’s the reason we came here and the most of the reason we got such great service.
I really wish I could remember the name of the, very friendly, young man who was helping us. The receipt that I received via email had the name Kimdric. That sure doesn’t sound right, but my feeble memory will have to rely on printed document. The store manager, Allen, also pitched in when he wasn’t helping other customers.
We did spend quite a bit of time in there as they worked on upgrading our phones. They kept apologizing for taking so long but we were fairly excited about getting new phones and weren’t in a hurry.
In the end, our newly upgraded phones had EVERYTHING transferred over from our old phones and they even made us aware of some discounts we were entitled to for being Sprint customers for over ten years.
We’ve been to other Sprint stores. The waits are interminable and they can’t always help you. I couldn’t have been happier walking out of this store. Let’s see if I’m still happy when the bill comes.
