The absolute best team in the entire Starbucks franchise organization. No joke. I’ve had the blessing to live in many towns and cities across the U.S. over the years. And been a Starbucks customer forever. Okay not really forever. As long as I can remember though. So I’ve been able to meet and get to know many baristas in those travels. Since I work from home, for myself, I go to Starbucks a LOT. No joke there either! I am moving back to California today, exactly one year since I moved here to Oro Valley. And in this past year, I have been to this Starbucks almost every day, and many times, twice a day. So somewhere in the range of 600 times or more. Starbucks baristas are great everywhere I have been. Here though? A different level of service. And the team — every last one of them, have become like family in some ways. Yeah, you may think that’s crazy. Except it’s not. These people have come to truly care about me as an individual person, and I them. We’ve gotten to talk about life, and goals, hopes and dreams, challenges and obstacles and so much more… It happens when you spend as much time going to Starbucks as I do. And when the staff all really are that good. So thank you to the entire team, for making my year in Oro Valley that much more enjoyable! Oh — and yeah, the Venti SKVL is perfect with 6 shots of Vanilla, or 7 depending on the mood of the day. :-)

This Starbucks is closest to where I live… And though the staff is very personable and friendly, they are so slow. They never work or move with a sense of urgency. I never knew how much time to budget prior to work or appointments because it never is consistent. My drink isn’t complicated in the slightest. Green tea, that’s it. I understand sometimes they get swamped with a bunch of orders, but even during their ‘slow hours’ I still wait a considerable amount of time. I ended up just switching locations and only stop here if I don’t have somewhere else to be.

Beautiful remodel! Nice new selection of sandwiches too!!! One of our fab spots. Why don’t they have someone to clean the tables at Starbucks all locations? It’s not my job to clean a table before I sit down to enjoy my purchase!!!

Legendary Rudeness Don’t toss my straw at me Marissa. And I specifically told you to NOT cut my tea with water — full strength — I was very specific. I got to share the experience with other patrons. We were all being treated to the«I’m oooooh so busy» straw toss. An older gentleman in front of me look shocked. Just bad — period.

Turnover rate seems high, so had one bad experience. They might have to pay the employees more to keep them here. I could be wrong, but that is what happened to me.

The drinks here are fine… your typical SBux experience. The set up is super awkward with a large display in the middle of the small space. Its impossible to work in this location because it is always LOUD and the Oro Valley demographic just lends itself to people who are just not in a hurry, so they take their sweet time deciding at the register what they want to drink and then complaining about their choice after it is made. It can take awhile to get a coffee because of this. The baristas are prompt and pay attention to requests, and do what they can in this awkward space.

They didn’t get my order correct and didn’t stir my drink so all of the sweet was at the bottom.

This location has lots of outdoor seating(probably more than what you’ll find inside), so come and take advantage it and enjoy the weather.

A great little place to just relax and enjoy some chit chat. SBUX coffee is the same everywhere but the locations are what make places more special.

Friendly staff. Small place, but usually busy and not much seating. View of the mountains. Nice spot to stop on our cycling route. They have wifi, indoor seating, outdoor seating, board games to play, and friendly baristas. There’s also a Starbucks in the Fry’s across the road, but I’m never sure why people go there over the fun, friendly atmosphere of this Starbucks.

The morning staff at this Starbucks are phenomenal. Just great, happy attitudes start a happy day. I loved visiting and the staff already knowing that I was getting a «Soy Mocha no whip» everytime! The only thing is, I’m pretty sure everyone in Oro Valley knows how good this place is, so sometimes they are slammed but the wait even on a bad day is only maybe 10 minutes.

I’m not a coffee drinker, so I can’t speak to the quality of the coffee here, but stop here often with my husband who loves coffee any hour of the day or night! Starbucks has an offer going on right now where if you take in an empty bag of their ground coffee(which we use at home), they give you a free cup of coffee. Downside to this location is it can be difficult at times to pull in and out of the parking spaces as it is on the corner spot of a strip mall, and traffic can get very busy at times.

Patio overlooks a parking lot. However, the beautiful Pusch Ridge overlooks that stark parking lot. The lines are typically short, since the OV is sparsely populated. It’s Starbucks– you know what to expect

They only have one sandwich choice for sale each day. Most other Starbucks have more than one. Their fresh pastry and bread selection is more varied than other Starbucks I’ve been too though. They open really early, 5 am daily except Sun, then its 5:30 am.

The morning staff is fast friendly and consistent. Pretty much how your typical starbucks should be
