Wood floors, modern amenities, new bedding… this is unlike any motel 6 I have ever visited. It was a last minute decision because my previous plans fell through and a hasty search for ‘budget hotel’ brought me here. I was SO relieved at the quality of service and the nice clean, modern rooms. PLUS my wifi was FREE. Got a good night’s sleep, got up in the am and completed some tasks online then was on my way. Very happy about my stay.

This place is very clean and comfy. Price is affordable. The staff are very nice and helpful. It is worth every single penny.

i work in tucson and live out of town, so a hotel is a must. after some…(ahem) adventurous stays at meth head central and ghetto united, i resolved to find a great extended stay hotel at a great price. i’m not a person who needs a resort the level of the scottsdale biltmore or the beverly hilton; i am quite happy with a basic, no frills room. more funds to have more fun… like shopping! :)
EUREKA! it exists… in the tucson studio 6. the staff are absolutely wonderful, and the rooms… well, if someone blindfolded me and took me here and removed the blindfold and challenged me to guess what hotel i was at, i would be hard pressed to even consider guessing studio 6. hardwood floors, fully stocked kitchenette, fluffy pillows, and comfy beds are ready and waiting… and the rooms and grounds are immaculate.

My husband and I have been staying here for 10 days now and will be for another 23 or so days. First off, there is not any construction going on now, it is completely renovated. It has a good location, right next to I-​10 on the south side of town. The noise level from the freeway is moderate and we were on the side right next to the freeway. This is a 2 story medium complex with grassy areas, sidewalks, a decent sized pool, and a laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers, ice machine and snack vending machine. Ample parking and a security guard that covers the area at night. The rooms are studios, with one or two beds (not twin beds) a toilet/​shower tub combination room and an open vanity area with a decent sized closet hanging rack and good sized medicine cupboard for all your toiletries. There is also a kitchenette along one wall with a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, a two burner flat top cooking unit, granite counter top with about 12 inches prep area, two upper cabinets and two lower cabinets and a large drawer. Plates, utensils, pots, glasses, kitchen towels and a coffee maker are provided. I thought the sink in the kitchen unit was a decent sized, about 14×18 inches or more. Also a nice little rectangular table with two chairs, a six drawer dresser, a leather foot stool, a 37 inch flat screen tv and plenty of lighting and outlets (about 10), wood laminate flooring ²⁄₃ of the room and tiled area in kitchen and bath for easy cleaning. Good air conditioning and security locks. WiFi one time charge per stay of $ 4.95, not the fastest but not dial up either. Nice neutral modern colors, not weird flowers all over the beds. The staff here has been great, friendly and efficient and the will receive packages for you in the office. This place is very pet friendly. Our Dachshund really enjoys a walk-​a-​bout to all the little grassy areas. I think the price is fair, especially if you pay weeks in advance. If you stay 31 days or more you receive all the taxes you paid on the room back! Not a bad deal. Grocery stores and fast food are about 3 — 10 minutes away Downtown Tucson about 15 minutes, if that. Airport, 10 to fifteen minutes. Casinos are close as well. I have met some guests that have stayed here for months, not kidding. No electric, cable, internet, water or sewer bill to pay and you get fresh sheets, towels and garbage pick up. We chose this place until our house was ready to move into and my husband and I have been pretty pleased with our choice.

I was out on a business trip told my phone navigate to motel 6 and it navigated me here. Said what the hell. THIS IS NOOO MOTEL 6 IT IS FAR BEYOND THAT! Wood floor, Niceee clean sheets ac that works mini kitchen fridge microwave 32 Samsung flat screen large restroom. No complaints.

The place is clean, affordable and convenient to all that we need to be close to – the staff is helpful and very attentive to their guests — they take good care of the place and they look for things to do to make it better!
