Who ever is in charge is horrible at costumer service. I bought a groupon for this and could never get ahold of anyone on the number for an appointment. If you are thinking of buying the groupon for this DON’T you will just keep calling a number and never getting a call back. This is the first review I have ever written. I am so glad that groupon gave me a refund. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time. Give your money and business elsewhere to a company that deserves it and has good costumer service.

I came to see Shar about a week ago! The salon was beautiful and everyone was extremely polite. I had an event to attend which required me to wear a form fitting dress. My friend referred me to Studio Slender because she had great results with the slimming body wrap. I was able to get in rather quickly and I was wrapped and relaxed for about an hour. I lost 8 inches and looked fabulous in my dress. I also received a spray tan, which complimented my complexion and left me bronzed. I will make this part of my routine for any event requiring me to look my best. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, this is my very first review anywhere online! I purchased a groupon for the body wraps back in November and it was going to expire in April. I had been trying to reach her at the number listed and she never answered or return any of my calls. I did research and found out she rents her station out of A Lasting Touch. I called the salon and spoke with a lady who said to TEXT her, «she replies faster»! I made several appts with her and she text me back to reschedule either the day before or last minute! Finally, we set a date 2 weeks prior to the appt. I sat in the lobby on the day of my appt. I was 20 mins early and I sat there 35 mins after my appt time. I text her since that’s the ONLY way she responds, to ask where she was and she said she needed to reschedule and for me to come back later or another day!!! I left and got a refund on my groupon.

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY. I originally bought two herbal wraps for my wife and I and the first time I scheduled it, the «Owner» Shar TEXTED me, not called me, texted me, the night prior (about 10pm) that I would have to reschedule. I thought it was odd, but I let it go and rescheduled. Well, I rescheduled for the day before my wife’s birthday, and after driving almost 30mi to get to the place to get our wraps done, Shar calls my wife TEN MINUTES before our scheduled appointment and says that she «had jury duty» and we’d have to reschedule. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this incredible lack of professionalism and customer service. My wife asked if she could reschedule for the next day, on her birthday, and Shar said that she was «filled up», so no. This lack of professionalism is ridiculous for someone who owns a small business. I hope anyone who reads this will give it some serious thought and choose a different proprietor for any of these types of services.
