The Lash Lounge

I had a very bad experience in getting a full lash applied here. I came in to get a removal from another shady business only to feel made to take advantage of. I was charged $ 40 for a simply removal and quoted two different prices for a full set. First $ 200+ and when I expressed that was more than I could pay they came back with $ 100. The only thing I can say that is positive about my new lashes by the Lash Lounge is that the set was applied neatly. But for me spending $ 140 here I left looking like I had bought some .99 store mascara. No volume… no length whatsoever! The very next day I went in to ask for a few long lashes to be added only to be made to feel like someone in line at a soup line for the third time in one day. Mind you I even tipped the tech because I believe in paying someone for there services… which was another $ 10. Bottom line is I felt scammed and belittled by these snotty stuck up women in the Lash Lounge. The literally told me they would do nothing to satisfy me without paying more one day later. If I could post a picture you would see this is not an exaggeration and I would never recommend going here!

I moved to Tucson from Santa Fe, NM and was super gun shy about getting my lashes filled because I had had a few poor experiences in the past. All of the ladies at Lash Lounge do a great job because they receive excellent training from the owner (Zuli) but Breanna was my main technician and she was amazing! I continued to work with Breanna because she is personable, works quickly and always does an amazing job.

I needed my lashes done this year for a family party and no joke, the lashes fell off within a week. They were pricey too, around $ 160. I took care of them, etc and they did not last at all. I’ve had my lashes done before, same place and technician, and like someone else on here, I went to the beach with them and they lasted longer and even had enough for a refill. And also, that time was cheaper? This time, it was more expensive and did not last? HUH? Confused. I have to admit though, the girl does a really pretty job, but I just wish they would have lasted longer. Also, during the actual service, she pulled the tape really fast and it left red marks beneath my eyes. If this is your first time getting eye lashes, just be aware that if you do not continue to get refills, your eyelashes look thin, just FYI.

I went to the Lash Lounge after having a less than satisfactory experience at another salon. Breanna did a new-​client fill for me and her 1 hour fill looked so much fuller and better than the 2.5 hour full set I received a week before that.
The lashes have stayed on very well, even when I wasn’t very gentle with them while I was vacationing in Playa del Carmen for a week. Even after 2 weeks my lashes still look better than the full set I received so it’s needless to say that I am extremely happy.
I would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been to plenty of lash extension places and this one takes the cake. I usually see Jessica or Brianna but I’m sure all of the girls are equally good. The lashes are always thick and full and they stay on better than anywhere else I’ve had my lashes done. I get so many compliments.

It has been a couple of years now that I go to Lash Lounge. They are easy to talk to about services and questions, do beautiful lashes, and the place is very clean and relaxing. I can catch a quick nap while my lashes get maintenance. Small, but cozy place – ranks at the top of their type services. Average cost for similar services elsewhere. Be careful who you let do your lashes, I’ve seen some train wrecks come in to have Zully fix another salon’s work. She is an expert in her field.
Shhhh it’s our secret, no one will know you have lash enhancements, even upon up close inspection! Wake up everyday looking terrific. You will be pleased. THANKS ZULLY!!!

I go to Zully and have been with her for almost 5 years! She knows her stuff… if you want great lashes that are done perfectly she and her staff really know what they are doing! I travel an hour to get there because I can trust her and her work!

I get my lashes done by Breanna. I have a always been more than satisfied with my service. Very professional and relaxing place. I would highly recommend the Lash Lounge to anyone wanting quality work.

I have been going to Zully for almost 3 years now, and every time, I get EXACTLY what I want. She absolutely does the BEST lashes in town and I constantly get compliments on them. Her pricing is appropriate, the customer service is excellent, the spa is always incredibly clean, and she always has amazing new products. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I tried the full set with a groupon, and it looks amazing. It did take about almost 3 hours for the entire service, and Breanna was my aesthetician, and if you take one thing away from this review, it is this. use Breanna. She kept the conversation going, was very friendly and professional, and was gentle, which was awesome when they are working so close to your eyeball.

I live in NYC and first had my lashes done there. I’m from Tucson originally though and travel for business so I am back in Tucson at least once a month. I decided to try out lash lounge. Talk about amazing!!! Jessica did a fabulous job and unlike the place I went to in NYC where they limit the amount of lashes they do, lash lounge does every single lash you have. They gave options of size and curl of lash you wanted. Great customer service and very professional. I will be going there from now on to get my fills.

I received a pumpkin peel facial ($ 37 Groupon regularly $ 65.) The location is excellent, at Craycroft and Speedway. The Lash Lounge offers facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions. The rooms are very nice, with high ceilings and very comfortable tables and sheets. The blankets were so plush I wanted to curl up and have a nap after my service. That being said the walls were thin so sound travels.
I have to say the Groupon price was exceptional for the service. Making appointments is a bit strange, you go to the website and provide your name, number, and desired appointment time and then you receive a call back to confirm. I suppose it’s a small operation and they cannot staff full time. It’s a bit strange, but the staff was very accommodating when they called to reschedule me.
Bree was my aesthetician and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She was efficient and friendly, though not invasive. We chatted throughout my service and I felt she was very attentive to my skin needs. Poor Bree though, I was short on tip so I had to run across the street to Walgreens for extra cash. I didn’t realize I wouldn’t be able to put a tip on my debit card, so remember to bring cash if you’re using a Groupon. I would absolutely purchase another service at the Lash Lounge.

I had my lashes done and they are beautiful! Get so many compliments! Everyone thinks they are real! Highly recommend it

I have been getting my lashes by Zully for over a year now, and I love them. Zully does a great job and better than others that I have seen. Excellent pricing too.
