how anyone could give scrubway a 4 or 5 star rating is beyond me… they have the lowest quality food one can find outside of a gas station! Swung by to grab a sandwich, took one look at that brown, wilted lettuce and the last 4 or 5 mushy, tomato ends (with green stem attached) and made a swift exit. get your act together, scrubway!

I eat here regularly. At lunch the place is packed but they have enough employees to keep the line moving. Consistent quality with the sandwiches and friendly employees. I highly recommend.

A Subway with outdoor patio eating, and ample space inside. Friendly service. Plentiful sandwiches packed on. It’s like any other Subway, but it’s a good one to visit especially in the downtown area!

So here’s the sandwich about subway at congress. The customer service was great. They were out of the bread we needed. She recommended the garlic bread which was good. They got 4 and not 5 stars because they didn’t take pride in-​store it was a mess. Food all over the floor and bathroom hadn’t been serviced.

Awesome customer service. Staff is friendly everytime I go in for lunch. Restrooms and dining area are always clean too. Love their patio seating, just wish they kept the tables cleaner. Good afordeable lunch prices.

I don’t think I’ve ever had bad service at a Subway. But this one is really over the top. My friend and I were greeted with the customary hello. We got the Yummy stuff I always get and the questions at each step. But as my friend and I sat and visited and she kept going out the feed the meter we were made to feel at home and were able to visit comfortably. We were going to eat at a pricey restaurant in the area cuz I knew we could hangout and talk. But finances won the day & it turned out OK.
