Sunglass Hut

We were not from the area but my sunglasses had broken and we came here to see if they could help us. The associate, who’s name was Tia, was tremendously helpful and exchanged my glasses, no questions asked! Great customer service.

This is a terrible place to buy sunglasses. Not only is the selection tiny but the sales people would rather talk to each other than help someone buy a pair of $ 300 sunglasses.
My boyfriend and I went in there. I was looking to buy a designer pair of sunglasses. My boyfriend went in wearing last seasons Prada sunglasses, open to buying a new pair. You would think during a recession these people will be psyched to have some easy sales. However, They did mention that other sunglass huts sells similar Prada sunglasses to my boyfriends, they were unwilling to take the initiative to call any of their other locations to track them down for him.
I was eyeing a pair of Gucci sunglasses, I decided to play a trick question and ask the saleswoman if they were real tortoiseshell. She said that she did not know what that was.
If I am going to spend hundreds of dollars on sunglasses, the service needs to be up to par.
