We contacted Superior Air through our warranty coverage and they called to schedule a service call immediately and were here that same morning to check out our heat pump which was not cooling. The technician, Raphael, was very thorough and quickly discovered the problem and fixed it, and also installed a digital thermostat that we asked for. I would not hesitate to call them again for service and recommend using Superior for HVAC issues.
