I am all for local sushi restaurants! This place was delicious! I got the Crunchy California Roll and the Caterpillar Roll. Both were pretty good. I was missing the eel sauce on my Caterpillar but it was still good. The rice was tasty and fresh. I was a little mislead by the name(like others, I thought it would be ready to go, already boxes up rolls) but I went in on Christmas Eve so that may have affected things. They made the sushi fresh for me. I also got a strawberry smoothie which was tasty. A little sweet for me but it was a nice treat to have after the sushi. Both of the people working were very friendly and happy. It was $ 17 with tip it came out to $ 20. That’s a pretty good price for sushi. I will be returning! This place is a great addition to the East side and is leaps and bounds better than going to Safeway.

This is a great spot for grabbing sushi quickly. I recommend having them make one fresh versus one that’s been sitting. My favorite is the Hawaiian roll. Their rice is so much better than Frys or Safeway or most sushi places here. I don’t recommend their boba drinks. I’ve been disappointed in them. Otherwise a great addition to the Eastside.

Great for a quick fresh lunch. Ambiance left a little to be desired if you’re looking for a nice sit-down dinner. Sushi was made to order and there were some prepackaged in a display as well. The fish was very fresh and generously portioned. The rice is well-cooked and has a good texture. Prices are a little high but I never mind a few extra bucks to help local business. Best place to grab sushi on the east side imo if all you’re looking for is food.

With a name like Sushi to Go I was expecting something cool and different. Maybe a large selection of rolls and for $ 1 a slice you can pick and choose. The setup is like a grocery store. They have some sushi prerolled and packaged. Sadly they don’t make a Vegas roll. With prices as high as $ 8, I decided to call it safe and get a California roll at $ 4.39. It was clean tasting followed by a great sesame seed aftertaste. I liked it but I will probably just get my Sushi from Fry’s due to convience and equal in taste.
