I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 14 years and I have never never received such bad service from them until I entered this store. Do not bring in your phone to upgrade that you have to return, their machine that transfers the data takes hours not minutes to transfer your pictures and contacts. They could not get their hot spot working and they have no 4G signal in their store. Their staff is new and is not trained very well. What should have taken about an hour for us to up-grade our phones took 3 hours and when we got home we found out we had no data plan. It took a call to T-Mobile to fix this and yes I will not return to this store. They can take 3 hours out of somebody else’s life to hang out at their store.

Once again tmobile trying to rip off their own customers by having cutomers verify company employment to continue to qualify for their advantage program they offer on at monthy discount. Problem is that when u try to verify your employment t mobile plays so many games they hope u give up and forget the advertised discount. Last year it took me 3 months to presue this and then i had to fight for the over charging issues from not giving me the discount in the first place! Tierd of the games, going to switch my service after 15 years of loyalty. Wow nice going t moblie! Greed will take its path!
