Diego took care of our service transfer and while he was friendly, and knowledgeable it took a very long time to get everything worked out. A temporary phone number was provided, but what good is that when someone you know is trying to communicate? It can take up to 24 hours & every other time I have switched services it happened while I was in the store. So I can only assume the person taking my order is incompetent. Also I can’t even talk with a T-Mobile rep until they call my wife and she says it’s ok. Incompetent jackasses. I’m on the road all the time and not being able to be contacted by clients, or friends & family really pisses me off. Since we aren’t on a contract we will most likely change services next month. Thanks for the lump of coal in my Christmas stocking this year T-Mobile!

I came in here looking for a phone charger after mine stopped working. The store is small, and honestly all of the employees were«bro’s». The smell of Axe body spray was literally so overwhelming I almost had to leave. Steven, the guy who helped me had a look of judgement on his face, and I never saw one person on the staff crack a smile. My boyfriend accidentally unplugged a phone from their display shelf which set off a ridiculously loud alarm– BF proceeded to apologize and was met with more bad looks. Overall a very uncomfortable experience, I felt as though I should put more makeup on or get more dressed up next time to get good service from these guys. ugh plus the USB phone charger was 15.00.

The worst customer service I have ever received from anyone, anywhere. Rude. Condescending. Arrogant. Their so called manager, Jonathan, is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with, and his employees are just as bad. It is disgusting that customers who have been with the company for 8 years are treated with disdain. They are all prime examples of why loyalty means nothing to anyone anymore. I can’t wait to change my carrier to another company.
