Manager threatened to call the police when I repeatedly insisted that she explain the restaurant’s deplorable service! The soap in the men’s room has never functioned properly at this particular Taco Bell. On one occasion, I asked«John»(I learned his name just today; see below) about it, and he indicated that one has to fiddle with it just right to get the soap to dispense. On another occasion, the restaurant had erred with regard to a certain customer’s order. John said to this customer – a poor and unsophisticated man – «why are you looking at me? Look inside your bag!» I was appalled. On another occasion, John dismissively and disrespectfully refused to make change for a man, who left angrily. On another occasion, John incorrectly took my order. I’d ordered combination number eleven(11) and specified that two of the tacos should be one flavor(nacho cheese), and the third, another flavor(cool ranch). I was served six tacos and have to go back up front for a refund, whereupon the restaurant would not allow me to keep the extra tacos, but presumably threw them in the trash. Today I come in and place the same order: combination no. eleven(11). After five minutes, I notice that subsequent customers have received their food, and I go up front to inquire. I complain that this is the most poorly managed Taco Bell I’ve ever seen(I’m 43 y.o.). A woman assures me that my order will be out soon. About five minutes later, I come back up. John ignores me, but motions that it will be one minute. I ask him«what seems to be the problem?» He says that my order will be ready soon. I ask whether he thinks service like this is normal. He refuses to answer. I ask two more times, but he still refuses to answer. I say that whether food will be ready soon is not the point; I want to know why, and where it is. I tell him that I plan to complain to corporate this time. He says, «go ahead. I’ve got nothing to hide. My name is John. Tell Obama, too!» I ask whether he respects the President, but he ignores me, pretending to look at a drive-through screen. The manager, a woman, comes over, and I explain the situation to her. I ask whether she is aware that John is an idiot. She says that she’ll talk to him privately, but I insist that she do so immediately, in front of me. I expect an apology(none was forthcoming). She refuses. She then asks me what I’d ordered. I ask her to look it up, presenting her my check card. She says that the registers are down, and so she cannot do that. She asks whether I want a cash refund. I say I want a refund back on the card, but she indicates that Taco Bell doesn’t – or cannot – do that. I say that this is the most poorly managed Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. She says that she is sorry that I had a poor experience. I say that that is not an apology and is beside the point in any event: it’s not about me, it’s about the restaurant’s mismanagement and arrogance. She still refuses to apologize. She refuses to make John available to talk to me or answer my questions. She refers to him as «my employee.» She says that I am acting unruly. She says that if I don’t leave, she will«kick you [me] out of my [her] Taco Bell.»(She hadn’t paid me any cash refund yet. I did not swear during the entire incident or threaten physical violence. I had a legitimate business purpose to be there, as I’ve eaten at this location several times and was awaiting a refund.) I ask whether she owns the restaurant or acts as a franchisee. Another employee chimes in that she does own the restaurant. I tell her that I don’t believe her. I indicate that if John does not answer my questions regarding the normalcy of this service or whether he respects the President, I will never return to this Taco Bell location again. The manager says«good.» I further indicate that my parents, whom I’m visiting in Tucson, warned me not to visit this specific Taco Bell location. She says that she is sorry that I don’t like this restaurant or the neighborhood. I indicate that part of the problem is that she’s ignorant and uneducated, and thus arrogant and unresponsive to customer complaints. When she pays me my cash refund, she waits approximately five seconds and presents her phone. She says that she is dialing the police. Not wanting to make a further scene, I depart, whereupon I hear cheers – presumably from staff – behind me as I leave. Yes, I could have awaited the police, but why? I’m a lawyer in Minnesota and consider the police generally respectable people.

I mean, what do you expect? Its Taco Bell. Are you really looking for reviews on Taco Bell, of all places? All I really wanted was an iced coffee and I was nearby with no option for a Starbucks. I guess they didn’t have any of the coffee lids because I got one of those domed lids that’s normally for the baja blast freeze. Whatever though, its not about the presentation, right? But then I took a sip, and it was completely watered down and… whats this? I’m crunching on sugar granules? Nope. Nope. Nope. Poured it out and went straight to the Mc Donalds next door for a decent iced coffee. It wasn’t even worth taking it back in and arguing about. tldr: All I wanted was a cheaper option than Starbucks for JUST an iced coffee. Nothing fancy. Ended up spending just as much, if not more. I really try to avoid fast food, and learned my lesson today: Keep avoiding fast food places.

We went tonight and the line was long maybe 4 cars in front of us normally no big deal but I kid you not 25 minutes spent in the drive through line. To top that off the guy working the speaker box was very rude and kept trying to rush us through ordering and started adding things to our list that we didn’t order. I’ve worked retail and good service for 8 years and if I ever tried to pull this on a customer I would have been fired on the spot. I will never ever go to this taco bell again. When I went to the window and asked for a manager it turns out he was the manager and doesn’t give a fuck about anything. I told him we where unhappy and he says«well thats not my problem we are very busy»

HUGE Taco Bell fan. This location’s staff is amongst the friendliest I’ve come across. I moved nearby and have recently been visiting frequently, and every time I walk in I feel especially welcome. It seems like the entire staff has been hand picked for friendliness, very very much appreciated in this part of town. I will become a regular here! Thanks guys!!!

It’s Taco Bell, so the food is the same no matter where you go. I’m just going to review this specific one, because I feel like this one hires people that just don’t give a crap. Not that working at Taco Bell gives someone any incentive to work hard, but I’ve come to this Taco Bell four times in the past two months at different times from morning to night, because it’s around the corner from work, and EVERYSINGLETIME they have got my order wrong. And one of the times when I returned it for them to correct, THEYGOTITWRONGAGAIN!!! Fast food’s not THAT difficult to make! I usually get great service from Taco Bell, but this one on Grant, I don’t think I can give them any more chances to get it correct. This Taco Bell needs an entirely new crew for every time slot. Avoid this place at all costs, there’s plenty of others around town.

Apparently 9PM on a Saturday night is busy time with the drive through. It took a good 15 minutes to get to order, then another 15 to get to the window to pay & get the food. If I knew it was going to take that long, I would have found something better down the road.

It’s clean and people are pretty nice. Drive thru is pretty fast. It’s not HQ of service but it is ok for fast food

Well what can you say. It’s fast food and Taco Bell. Unlike other ones, this place was pretty clean and the people were friendly.

okay, so i should preface this review by saying I do NOT frequent fast food places, in general. Taco Bell lured me back in with their commercials boasting new, higher quality food that lives up to the standards of Chef Lorena Garcia. A recent commercial for their fajitas is what brought me back to Taco Bell. With all the hype in commercials, etc., I could not be more disappointed in the product I received. The meal I received was absolutely terrible. The meat(chicken) was sickening — looked like the inside of a McDonald’s chicken nugget. It didn’t even have the«grill» marks that they boast in the commercial — just looked like sad little whitish-grey plops of crap. And there were hardly any! The fajitas consisted predominantly of black beans and white rice(not even mexican rice!?) There was also a good amount of pico de gallo and sour cream with a tiny plop of guacamole. The peppers/onions that the highlight in the commercial were almost non-existent(along with the chicken — wtf??) I should have known what I was getting into just the fact that this is still fast food. They clearly have NOT stepped up their game and I would certainly NOT say that the quality of food has increased even in the slightest. If you want regular-old Taco Bell then you’ll get what you want. If you’re expecting something new and better-quality then you’ll be sorely disappointed. Stay away.
