Terrible service and the older lady at the location is not very nice or accommodating. When u wall through the door she addresses u by asking who are you? Honestly she is just rude and never helpful. I will not recommend this place ever

We have had nothing but trouble with this Uhaul. Someone rented a truck from them using my husband’s name. They spelled his first name and our street name wrong, and gave the wrong zip code. However, they then ditched the truck and the «goods» were moved to storage. For 4 months we have been receiving bills and wasting time calling about them and talking to the manager there.
Don’t waste your time with them.
