I rent a truck from this business 3 – 4 days a month for the last several months. They are always courteous and prompt. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for rentals, propane, supplies, etc. I’ve never had a problem with their service.

They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I could sum it up in one word «WORTHLESS». Bought a bundle of boxes yesterday, didn’t take receipt, 22 hours bring back most of said boxes, not used, not messed up, paid with credit card, asked them to take some time out too look up the purchase, 2 seconds later, we cant do anything for you.
Me: well can I trade them, I thought I was going to need them all but I just need smaller ones.
Guy: The only thing you can do is to but them in the front of the store and buy new ones.
Me: okay have a good day (left with said boxes)
Guy: nothing
100% buy-back guaranteed with receipt on box, they really mean you need to have the receipt even if you bought them with a credit card, its in their system, they will not help you.
I will never use their services again as I said WORTHLESS!
