Came here before going shopping. Ordered a #6– 2 Chalupa Supreme and upgraded to a cheesy Dorito Nacho taco with a large unsweet tea. Everything was fresh and hot. The taco shell was crispy. The tea was ice cold. The guy that took my order was very friendly and polite. Definitely has good customer skills. The lady that gave me my order was equally friendly. I will admit that I was taken back since other restaurants lack good customer service skills. Kudos to this location.

We eat here on a consistent basis, simply because it’s close to the house. 8 times out of ten, the food is not made properly. Employees don’t know how much, or even which ingredients go on each item. Most of the time they use mainly sour cream. I’ve decided I’ve had enough of this location. Never going back. Awful food!

I don’t know what it is about Taco Bell on the south side but… how hard is it to fill the correct order? We go on the same night every week and order the same things at this location and on Ajo and 16th and it’s rare to actually get what you order! How hard can it be to put sour cream on a taco? Especially when it comes as a combo and has always come with sour cream? What about a Burrito Supreme… can anyone tell the difference between that and a bean burrito?
When they ask «does everything on the screen look correct» I always think to myself «let’s see what we get this time…»

this place is icky. substandard. Food is not tasty, and it is chewy and the minimum of fast food. I have eaten there several times… and will NEVER go back. Living in South Tucson… REAL Mexican food is easy to find This is Americanized crap., and I would rather get a real Mexican meal. Just saying. ick ick ick…

Went inside here to order today and they were extremely slow. Nobody was even inside! And the order was missing items. I probably should have wrote a review for this Taco Bell when I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a drink but I thought it was a one time incident. Apparently not… totally bummed. I used to love you Taco Bell, but this location makes me hate you.

Just got back from trying to get a late night snack and wow was it such a hassle for $ 5.77 worth of food. First got charged $ 10.52 for the wrong order, returned it got my coreect order than didnt even get the difference back and had to sit in the drive thru for another minute after 20 past already just to ask for some sauce. Late night shift is horrible. First time ever having any problems here

The staff was yelling at each other about an order while tbe client sat waiting for them to fix the order. It took about 15 minutes to get my food, which was made incorrectly. They really werent that busy, they mostly wasted time arguing with eaxh other. Lousy service, I think they should start over with a staff that doesnt treat their coworkers and clients like crap!

There was a 25ish year old guy who took our order here. He was courteous and even called me, «Sir.». I didn’t expect that at a fast food place.
I tried Baja Blast Mountain Dew for the first time. I liked as it doesn’t have the super sweet taste of MDew and Pepsi.
