So good they are worth reviewing!
Dr Lam and the office staff are all professional, helpful, and courteous. I’ve seen Dr. Lam 2 years in a row now, which is the most times in a row I’ve probably ever seen an optometrist (the chain offices seem to have a different doctor every year). I really hope he hangs around! He takes time to really get your prescription right, he is a great listener, and is happy to answer any questions.

Dr. Lam took plenty of time to explain each step of the exam and my results. Though I arrived later than my appointment time, the receptionists and the doctor were courteous and very thorough. Highly recommended!

Very professional, friendly associates. Dr. Lam is great and extremely thorough. He explained a lot of things to watch for with eyesight that a lot of other optometrists skip over. I have very poor eyesight, and he did an exam using different tools than other eye doctors, in order to get a more accurate prescription for me. His exam prices are great, too, even if you aren’t using vision insurance.
I will be going back to look at frames & lenses soon, and will update my review accordingly.
