The Ranch At Star Pass

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! This is the worse place to live. I’ve had so many issues with management and false information that they have given me. I call and asked about having a friend visit for ONE day with a pet and a week later I get written up for owning a pet and yet I called and asked and they said it was ok. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. If you want to get eviction notes every month even when you paid then sure live here. But if you want to live at a fun and normal apartment, then this is not the place. WORST PLACE IN ALL OF TUCSON! You pay for what you get and for the cheap cost you get a even cheaper apartment and management.

I just moved in (yesterday). I searched for an apartment online because I lived in Tampa and I did not have time to look for an apartment when I had an interview with a company in Tucson. Back to the point, I was impressed of the features that they have offer on the complex. I know it was supposed to be for student living but the price of the apartment was like a «STEAL» because I only have to pay $ 495 rent and plus electric that’s it!
When I moved in, I realized I should have checked the room before I make a decision to move in and the room was REALLY small and I had to take most of my stuff into the rental storage. The con of this place is that the apartment could place a stranger roommate into my apartment at any time. We have to share the living room and kitchen. But we have our own private bedroom and bathroom.
I am not sure about the services that provide to the complex yet. I JUST reviewed on the Google about the reviews on this complex were ALL CONS. I should have checked on that reviews before I make a decision to move in. I do not want you to make the same mistake as I did.
