Our favorite Salvation Army Store. The employees are extremely helpful. The items in this store are very nice. The fact that they have a public restroom is also great considering how difficult it has become in Tucson to find an establishment that will provide this service.

This is the Salvation Army gallery store, meaning you will primarily find«nicer»(we all know this is subjective) clothing brands/styles, furniture, some collectables, jewelry and a spotting of housewares in what looks to be a little converted cottage. Coffee beans are sold here for some reason, too. Yes, this place is small, but i’ve had good luck on a occasion – either i walk out of here with nothing or i find one or two things that are a total score(!), never an in between.

I’ve been to a few Salvation Army stores in Tucson and this one is definitely the best! The items are priced well and the store is always neat and organized. The staff are very attentive and helpful and the manager is always friendly and knowledgeable. I usually rate my experiences based on customer service and this store never disappoints. I always leave this place with a smile =)

I finally got around to stopping in here and really wish I’d never had the urge to go. So, I pulled in and parked over near Village Inn(it’s closed down and I felt like walking). There were a couple people who worked there loading/unloading a truck. One of them said something like a smart ass-like and I just decided to go inside instead of look around at furniture outside. The store had a really bad smell that day – I’m thinking that because it’s so small and someone probably had to use the restroom, there was just no. uhm. ventilation. I still poked around for a bit. The lady at the front seemed nice, but I didn’t really interact with her at all. The prices are kind of high for what they have(except clothing, I’ve never been to a Salvation Army with outrageous clothing prices). If you’re nearby and absolutely must stop and see what they have, then by all means. If you’re into thirsting to find great deals, I’d skip it.
