Total Comfort Heating & Cooling L.L.C.

Wrote a review earlier this year when we had the unit installed. Gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately the review went under the «not recommended» section (comments on that later). This is a followup. Had a few questions and a minor cosmetic problem with the installation, the shroud was separating from the unit where it connects between the house and the unit. Total comfort scheduled a time that I would be home came out and fixed the issue. Before the temperature turned cold, got a call from TC and they scheduled an appointment to make sure the heating was operating properly. No problems. Now that it’s cold been using the heat, works great, much better than our previous unit. Both our heating and cooling bills have gone down from previous years.
Now some comments about my first review. Couldn’t understand why it was not recommended especially since one of the reviews made «recommended» and said absolutely nothing and the spelling was even incorrect. I wrote Unilocal challenging their classification of my review stating that I am a retired engineer, have done «owner builder» in three states and dealt with a number of subcontractors. My reviews on this subject should at least be considered. My question was on what grounds do you classify a review such as mine. Their response, probably computer generated was that is left to the software. My comment your software sucks. Based on what I’ve read i9n the «not recommended» section I always read those and have gotten some pretty good info from them. Also I go to other reviews besides Unilocal

Finally a company that is honest and can repair whatever that other hvac company said wasn’t worth fixing. Get a second opinion from these guys and ask what really can be done. Ask for Ed and they have 24hr service available.

Great company, called Ed and off the bat I knew I was dealing with the right company.
My AC went out and Ed was very professional over the phone, showed up on time, and took care of my home. Thank God for companies like Total Comfort heating and cooling. Will definitely tell my friends and call them again.
