Never order from the online store. Return process is cumbersome and expensive. I ordered what i thought was a pair of plantar faciaitis socks and only got one. No where in the product description was that mentioned.

TriSports has a solid selection of products with great customer service. I went in to get my bike tuned up and to have my aero bars adjusted. Andy, the bike mechanic which helped me, was extremely nice and remembered my name the next time I came in. While adjusting the bike, he called me to ask my preference on height and always notified me of anything he ran into. Aside from the price, I couldn’t have asked for more. Their bike and wheel selection is somewhat limited in the store, but their website makes up for what they lack on display. The same can be said of their running shoes. As a runner, I like to see a lot of selection when it comes to running shoes, but they didn’t have much out on display. Again, their website really makes up for the lack of what they have out on the floor. I got a peak into their back storage area and the place is packed with inventory. What they do have plenty of on display is bike clothing; a lot of spandex going on around there. I’ll be back again.

Rude! I went in looking for a simple item and I was talked down to. They told me the part I was looking for was for a kids bike(it wasn’t). Then when I asked for a different bike part the man behind the counter said«Again we don’t have that here, go to Ajo bikes». Thank you sir, I will take my business elsewhere. Not every rider in tucson is an expert, that doesn’t mean you need to talk down to folks that aren’t. Ajo bikes is much nicer to novice riders.

This place is okay. I have been in the store several times and have only seen the same employee once. Must have high turnover. I only buy the stuff that is on sale… Which is the same price online. I have found way cheaper products from places such as bookmans and outlet stores. You would think they would have triathletes running the show floor but they are not… to top it off I met the owner once and he seemed like he hated the world! Doesn’t make sense to me… So on that note a solid 1 star for the owner and employee knowledge.

I had a great experience today! My dad and I were in the store looking for wetsuits. Susan was helping us both for most of the time, and she was very knowledgable, helpful, and patient while we tried on numerous wetsuits. The other staff that stepped in to help were also very pleasant and professional. There were quite a few wetsuits to choose from, in a variety of levels, from entry to elite. We got in the endless pool to really try them out — a fantastic addition! We found what we needed, and walked away happy customers!!!

My online shopping experience with them has been fantastic — good selection, good prices, prompt delivery, instructions on how to make exchanges and returns.

Ordered shoes for my wife for Mother’s day. Called prior to ordering to make sure they would arrive on time. Was assured they would go out that day if ordered and arrive by Mother’s day. I placed my order noting I needed them by Mother’s day and to contact me if I needed to upgrade for faster shipping to make that happen. Not only did the order not arrive, it didn’t get processed for two more days. Even then, I could have upgraded to overnight shipping(which they should have paid for due to their failure to get it out) however I was never contacted. When the shoes didn’t show up, I asked for an explanation to which I got, «Sorry, here is your tracking number and they will be there sometime on Tuesday». They didn’t even bother to tell me the carrier, but once I guessed right and figured it out, I asked for them to explain how it sat around for two days before going out the door despite my phone call and specific instructions in my order. Again, I got a pretty generic response that just said, «Sorry. Thanks for your paitience during our IT transition». What a joke. At the very least they could offer some sort of discount on a future purchase(which I am not likley to make at this point) or a non-generic response explaining the mix up. Nothing like having nothing for your wife on Mother’s day. To make matters worse, with it coming in on Tuesday, I am pretty sure my wife thinks I just forgot and scrambled to buy something on Sunday which will arrive on Tuesday. I am very dissapointed with their initial customer service, but more dissapointed with their failure to care after the fact. I was looking into they«Fly and Buy» program for bikes, but nevermind.

Done! Expert run fitters and a treadmill to make sure everything fits perfect? Awwww yeah! I love this store, again it will not disappoint.

When my PowerTap computer flew off into a ravine on a descent during a road race in California, I was mortified. I actually stopped and looked for it since I wasn’t going to win $ 250 to replace it. Since I train with power and was starting a 38-day concert tour of the west coast, I needed to replace it right away. The day after the race I was heading to Tucson to hang out with friends for a week and after doing some research on the internet, had discovered that TriSports kept a large number of ANT+ computers in stock, including CycleOps and Garmin. (An interesting side note: turns out that TriSports has become the shop sponsor of the team I used to race for while I lived in Tucson: Aggress.) So on Monday I got on my bike and headed right over to the store. It’s a very large operation and extremely well-stocked. I was greeted by Craig, who took amazing care of me. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to answer just about all of the questions I had about the device.(I purchased a Garmin Edge 500.) He also went out of his way to put a repair stand together for me so I could adjust my derailliuer tension since I’d just built my bike back up. The staff that I met were all super nice and very accommodating. I see that there are a few reviewers who gave TriSports less-than-glowing reviews. Bike shops can sometimes be very vibe-y – like you’ve got to have paid your dues or be an obvious devotee or regular to be given solid treatment – but I’m not a regular a TriSports and was treated fantastically. Maybe the haters went in with a bad attitude or maybe they just stopped in during an exceptionally busy time. I don’t know. Anyhow, this is a great shop. You should go.

Very helpful friendly staff. Always very willing to help and solve any problems. My most significant visit was when I purchased a set of Newton running shoes($$$) that just were not working out for me. When I brought them back, the lady who helped me(a former cross country coach) had me run on the treadmill and try on multiple alternate shoes. Ultimately, she stated that the Newtons were the wrong shoe for me and put me into a pair of Brooks that were half of the price. I was refunded for the Brooks. Great folks!

is another wonderful swim, bike, and run store! They have a robust online shop that always has the best equipment and great prices. Their physical store is absolutely stunning. It is a fully stoked multi-sport retail wonderland. Some of the key highlights: 1) The shop has a custom, double lane, endless pool. It is right on the showroom floor and allows swimmers to test the latest in wetsuits and swim accessories. 2) A endless supply of running shoes from the best vendors with a great staff that is educated and friendly. 3) All the latest in triathlon and road bikes. This is my favorite part! The beautiful carbon machines are fully stoked and reminds me of being a kid in a candy store. 4) The Nutrition section is the biggest and best in the business. You could go here just for this reason alone. They have the best products from brands like Clif Bar, Nuun, Fluid, and MotorTabs just to name a few! I could go on for days about this store, but you simply need to see it to believe it. If you are planning a trip to Tucson, I suggest that you go see these guys. Tucson is a great town for cycling and trail running, and multisport shopping! Thanks for reading!

Trisports has done a great job of creating their own space in a market that is growing like crazy, especially in the Tucson area. I bought a bike from a small bike shop near my home, and stopped by Trisports to get clips put on my bike for my newly purchased cycling shoes. The salesman pointed out that my bike fit was untrue, and was marked with incorrect measurements. Not only did he show me(a poor college student who wouldn’t be able to purchase another bike anyways) the inaccuracy, but they told me how to measure the bike so that it didn’t happen again. Also, this is a business with employees that really want to help. I was cycling up Mount Lemmon for the first time, and saw the same guy who put clips on my bike giving water to a team they sponsored during the route. He yelled at me, reminding me to pick something up from the store that I left there, and told me to keep up the good work! They have a great team that knows what they’re talking about!

Who would’ve thought that I had been using the wrong running shoes my whole life?! Fuck’s sake! I went to Trisports, and was helped out by a very knowledgeable salesman(I forgot his name). He had me run on the treadmill they have over there and he watched as I repeatedly over-pronated whilst jogging. He had me try on several different brands before I settled on the Asics. Best running shoe ever. Top notch service. I could run to Iraq like this, all the way to Iraq just like this…
