We arrived early on Saturday, about 10 minutes before they opened. Walked around used the restrooms(very clean) & waited for ALL the shops to open! Food court had only 4 places to choose from, but«on a good note” — 1 of them is Charley’s & they have amazing subs! First visit the Oakley store. They were having a sale 2 for $ 25 deals and a clearance special with additional savings. Ended up buying two shirts and 4 pairs of socks for less than $ 30. Sales associates were pleasant. Went over to the Nike store and to the Under Armour. It has a separate area for all the Youth Sports apparel. We got some great finds here for our kids. Sales associate here too, were wonderful & even got me signed up to receive coupons via email @ no additional cost! Many sales & clearance bellow store prices and that’s what«Outlets» are suppose to offer! We will«for sure» shop here again!

Nice modern operation. Still too new to be full but worth the trip for sure!

Drove out here looking for some weightlifting shoes for me and him. Nice clean place. Even the family restrooms were clean when we needed to change the little one. Obviously because it’s an outlet, prices are a little higher and some stores don’t have great customer service. Felt safe walking around here as I could see two mall cops patrolling on their segways. There is also a small food court with Sbarro, Chicken Nuevo, Wetzel Pretzel, and a few more. Stores we checked out here were Converse, Nike, Old Navy, Adidas, & Under Armour.

Great shopping and clean safe environment! Can not wait for it to fill up with other great outlet stores. It needs more restaurants and a sports bar for the husbands to hang out while the wife shops. Heard they will be adding hotels soon which will make this a great destination for weekends. Way to go Marana keep growing this great area!

I caution you in giving your money to the Michael Kors store at the Tucson Outlets. They are a group of liars, and schemers and won’t do anything in admitting they made a mistake. They are the absolute worst customer service and sales staff I have ever experienced. Bought a handbag and less than 30 hours later, I tried to return it. The cashier immediately says, as she point to someone’s initials on my receipt, «all sales are final. You were told that when you made your purchase. These initials confirm that.» I had no idea what she was talking about. She then pointed to a minuscule sign in 8pt font and says«we also have a sign out. You can exchange or get a store credit, no refunds.» I stood there in awe. I have never heard of such a thing, let alone having it sprung on me AFTER I made my purchase. I let the cashier know I was never made aware and all she could say is «these initials right here, they confirm that she told you.» I’m sorry but this cashier was not there when I made my purchase, how does she know without a doubt that another cashier remembered to tell me that there are no refunds. Mind you, as I’m standing there, other people are being cashed out with NO associates mentioning ‘no refunds’, but I’m sure those cashiers were initialing receipts. Had I been properly notified of this irregular policy, I simply would not have bought anything. I called corporate. They can’t do anything. I gave my receipt details and contact information to the rep and a «formal complaint» was made against the store in hopes that the DM will call me. I doubt that, but what I don’t doubt is that I will NEVER buy, promote or speak fondly of the Michael Kors brand ever again. I have worked retail, for many years in fact, and if one of my employees made an error and withheld information that she was accountable for communicating, I for sure would eat the $ 250 and take the refund. This new generation of sales and customer service have forgotten what it’s all about. I did not waltz into the store demanding a refund; I looked around for over 30 minutes first to exchange but unfortunately I could not find anything. I think the store should admit that an error was made and keep a loyal customer. But Michael Kors would rather keep my $ 250 and have me tell everyone about how they scam hardworking people out of money than to make an exception and exceed expectations. Merry Christmas Corporate America, I’m glad to line your pockets even more.

Winter wonderland indeed! The trees are lit up throughout the entire place and the entire place is outdoors. Well lit and beautiful. First time we had been to the state and to the mall — all of it beautiful. Very impressed with the cleanliness, the variety and the friendly service.

Ok so first of all I loved the set up, Very nice play area I you have kids and a few of the normal outlet mall stores. If I had to give one blah I would have to say not as many food places as I would like to see but with the signs seems like there are more to come.

Prices a bit expensive, but then these outlets are all name brands. If name brands are important to you this is the place otherwise try the Wal-Mart on Cortero. Disappointed in the number of restaurants in the mall, but I imagine there will be more selection outside the mall in the next few construction phases on the property. Heard there may be a box store. Was hoping Macy’s, but rumor has it perhaps a home improvement store such as Lowes or Home Depot which is good too. The setting is beautiful. Will be anxious to see the rest of the development and what is in store to enjoy. Perhaps then my rating will improve.

We were on a mission for shoes today and ventured out to this mall. We were very pleased with all of the store selections and pricing. The mall was inviting and there was a small play area for children. The food selections seemed to be pretty standard for a mall. We will be returning for future shopping trips!

Very disappointing. It definitely wasn’t worth the hassle of driving from Vail, I’ll tell you that. The only store I went into that did not have regular retail pricing was the Kitchen Collection. Everywhere else… prices were the same or HIGHER than non-outlet stores. Yeah, that’s right. Higher. How is that at all an «outlet» experience?

Wow. I’ve been chomping at the bit for over a year in anticipation of having this Premium Outlets here in town. I love the one in Awahutukee in the Phoenix area so waiting for this coming here kept me excited for so long. The lay out is pretty much similar to the Phoenix one. This might even be better with the additional fans and longer overhangs so in the summer it would provide relief from the heat. This aspect is fine. Parking was jammed probably because we went on a Saturday. No problem. So far so good. Now the problem begins. Every store I went into was the same. Poor quality merchandise. Management probably just put the store labels on and was never seen in any of the Guess, Calvin Klein stores etc. This does not reflect on the actual merchandise the regular stores I have to assume that this mall was partially created for folks living in Sonora because half the cars in the lots came from there. I believe I read that in our newspaper way before they even broke ground. This is the way merchandising is these days. I understand that. I am not a snob in any sense but it still left me a bit baffled. The prices were not reasonable either. So they should have some better merchandise like the Awahutuckee Outlets. People would be willing to pay for a little more upgraded clothing. The surrounding area is quite beautiful and certainly worth making the trip to see if you like it. Convenient to get in and out of. More stores will be opening and maybe it will be a bit more attractive for me.

I’m totally appualed with security at this outlet! Racial Profiling what it is! My Brother and i went shopping on 10-21-2015 Yesterday. We noticed a young guy with UofA gear and running shoes right next to us at EVERYSTORE, he was pretending like he was shopping eyes on us at all times! We bought a pair of tennis shoes at the converse store went to eat, and there he was. This was the first time we had been there since grand opening. Anyways we were followed through out the whole mall by this young gentleman who happened to be security! I will never go spend my money at this place ever again! I will let it be known to people that are coming from Mexico to shop not to spend their money at a place where your skin color does matter!

The mists are wonderful(and appreciated!) especially since Tucson stays warm ALMOST year round. Tons of stores to check out Michael Kors, Osh Kosh, Carter’s, Old Navy, Nike, Levi’s and so on. Very well-kept and clean! There isn’t a huge selection of places to eat so I would suggest eating before hand. Unless you’re OK with Charlie’s, Sbarros, DQ, Starbucks, or Wetzel’s. I would love for this Outlets to add a Reebok! Actually, Tucson’s CrossFit community would thank you. Just sayin’ ;)

Amidst the madding crowds, we pondered the future of Foothills Mall(it will be out of business in two years) and enjoyed some deep discounts at Guess, Lucky, and Calvin Klein. We strolled among the palm trees strapped strategically with misters and watched the retail frenzy reaching a fever pitch as families struggled with bags and toddlers. Some say each purchase here takes money from the pocket of a local business, and as soon as a local maker can craft a pair of timeless black skinny jeans for less than $ 40 I’m in. Until then, I’ll celebrate the Black Fridayish mayhem at Tucson Premium Outlets.

Beautiful property with lots of great stores for the whole family. The mall and it’s surrounding property are not fully developed yet, but 60 stores are currently open with 30 more coming soon. Covered play area with artificial grass for the kids that offers a good amount of seating for the parents.

Super pretty mall!!! Excited for when it cools down so it’s more enjoyable to walk around. They have many stores, many higher end stores too. Hopefully they’ll put in a VS soon:(but overall really nice mall!!! So happy about it! I hope the surrounding area builds up too!
