US Storage Centers

US Storage Centers signed me to an advance 90 day storage contract with the understanding that any unused portion beyond the first 30 days would be fully refundable. After moving out of the storage facility with five weeks remaining on the contract, I was issued a receipt stating that a $ 57 refund was due, and that a check would be sent to me within thirty days. No check was ever sent. I called US Storage Centers multiple times. On the first call, I was told that the refund check would need to be sent a second time after clearing the Accounts Payable Dept. I was promised that a customer service would follow up and call me back with confirmation. No call was ever received. A week later, I called a second time, and was informed by US Storage Centers that an initial refund check was never sent. When I inquired why, I received assurance that a representative would look into the matter and call me back. Guess what? Nothing.
Avoid this facility like the plague. Thieves.

The best prices I could find, the storage space was okay and the managers were awesome. Highly recommended.
