I have a groupon called her Saturday March 31, Saturday April 05 and then on Tuesday April 8 to set up an apt. She did not call me back. I own a salon this is horrible customer service. Take your money and go somewhere else. I asked groupon for a refund today

My first time and she was very patient, walked me through everything with great care. Very Experienced and competent in her field and goes the extra mile to do a tremendous job for each client. Happy to accept my coupon. This lady really cares about her clients.

Do not go here. Very painful – she did not use numbing gel until nearly the end and that was about half numb. maybe applications, and more filling I know other people who have done this elsewhere and they used numbing gel. Jill is saing money or is masochistic. My eyebrows are not drawn on evenly or correctly. She asked me to leave on my drawn on eyebrows so she could see how they were done… She did not listen. Touchups? Other people get a touch up included at no charge. Not Jill. This is how she make sup the money she’s mising on these deals to bring in new customers. She charges you $ 50 for a touchup if you come in wihtin 3 weeks, $ 75 within 3 months, and $ 100 wtthin a year. She shoudl touch up her work the first time at no charge like other professionals doing this work. Don’t worry, I’m not coming back Jill for free or pay, to you! It hurt dreadfully every single second, and you just didnt’ care(Oh, can you feel that? YES Iidiot, I can! and I told you so. Open both those ears! I would never go here again, I wish I’d read here first. 22 years experience? I think not. She also had a $ 50 dollar bill laying on right by her leg – when it came time for me to get up and pay. SHe complained how somebody went out of business using these Group on specials(I had a LivingSocial). Huh? Then don’t offer them. She was clearly hamming for a tip to make sure I gave one, she even called it out on the groupon voucher for me to look at it, she restated for herself – yes it says right here that gratuity isn’t included. Please leave this work to professional businesses who really do know what they are doing, and who REALLY do care about the client they are servicing. No wonder you need Groupon & Living Social!
