The only reason I come here is when Nico’s tacos is closed and I’m craving Mexican, but I have a late shift.
The people that work there don’t care at all. Their attitude sucks and the last 3 times I’ve asked for Tamales they have to check and don’t have any.
Just a very lazy staff that disappoints 3 out of 5 times.

Very disappointed the last couple visits I’ve made to this location. I can’t rate the food on these visits, because I wasn’t able to actually GET any.
About a month ago, I stopped in at about 4pm mid-​week. There was a car at the window, and two people waiting inside who walked in just before me, and two employees working.
Organization was seriously lacking. The counter person spent all their time on the drive up order, without acknowledging customers inside, for over 5 minutes. When he did come to the counter, he took the first person’s order, then disappeared. Mind you, the two customers ahead of me were standing side by side and came in together. Do you think you might be able to take two orders? Another 5 minutes passed, without the cashier returning to the counter. I left
My last visit — the Friday evening before Memorial Day, I walked in at about 5pm. I waited several minutes again to be acknowledged. The cashier came to the counter without saying «hello» and stated «sorry, we don’t have any change», and then disappeared.
Mind you, they supposedly accept credit cards. Regardless, this was the beginning of dinner time… on a Friday… at the beginning of a holiday weekend. Pretty stupid. There are obviously management issues at this location. Like, perhaps a total lack of management presence.
This is my neighborhood taco and burrito joint. I WANT to support this business. DON’T make me to Taco Bell instead. None of us want that.

Don’t know what’s up with all these negative reviews. Just had a steak breakfast burrito. Perfect amount of potatoes, eggs, steak, and pico. They have never got my order wrong and are always friendly. I think all you are expecting a little too much out of a 4 dollar burrito.

Had a chicken burrito so cold and full of pico and under cooked peppers and onions i ask for beans and unfortunately! i didn’t get a spoonful. the guys were nice thou. but lacking salt flavor life!!! hope you’re late night stop isnt here! Go to taco bell across the street…

Ask for extra Pico, they give you hell. Carne asada burrito… Burnt meat with a bolt in it .
I’ve tried several times going here… And I’m always let down.

Ordered my kids bacon, egg and cheese breakfast burritos in kids meal. Specifically asked for no potato. The entire thing is potato; it has the smallest specs of bacon. Really?!?

I’ve been here twice now, and both times it has been bad. The latest experience started bad with just ordering the food. I asked if I can have «more time,» I had to repeat myself several times until she got it. However, I gave the benefit of the doubt their speakers may suck, but once I got to the window it confirmed the type of person who was taking the order. She came to the window grabbed my card didn’t direct any word to me, and she kept on the conversation she had with the cook. I heard say «Ugh, why does it always get busy on Fridays?» The people I was with in the car all looked at each other, and nodded our heads. It’s a chain, not looking for excellent customer service. The food sealed the «I’m never going back there again» My super nachos, were just thrown together like in a hurry. The cheese wasn’t melted, the pico was old, and it meat wasn’t warm. My buddies burritos were not any better. Two bad experiences, and that’s it.

Had a work meeting this morning so placed a large Togo order the previous night and told them I need to have it by a certain time. I get to Viva and my order isn’t ready yet. I pay for my food and the lady forgets to give me my corporate card back. When I politely ask for my card back, she snaps at me and rudely says «I know! Im really busy!» I tell them I absolutely cannot be late to work and the same rude lady says, «Well I don’t know what you want me to do about it. We are busy but you wouldn’t understand.» I tell her that that’s why I placed an order early with a pickup time and she rolls her eyes and scoffs at me. Worst service ever! On top of that, she doesn’t label my food like I had asked and they messed up my order as well. Also, the place wasn’t very clean either and the food was mediocre. Sad that this place has gone downhill since back when I used to come here.

The cashier helped me with her sweat soaked gloves on then after handling cash I watched her go straight to flipping a Tortilla! Then I saw a guy in the back texting with his gloves on then go straight to touching food! They have no care for food safety!

I always went to this viva growing up in Tucson and have never had a problem until recently. They have a new staff that absolutely sucks. My favorite thing on the menu is their breakfast burrito, but the last THREE times I have gotten it, it has been all potatoes and nice crunchy egg shells.

I don’t think they have ever gotten my order right, not once. The only reason I went tonight was because they’re open late. I should have known better. Every time I’ve gone the people running the drive thru always seem disinterested and sometimes can be rude… Save your money.

Got two breakfast burritos, both with egg, meat, cheese and potatoes. Unfortunately, I could not find the egg or meat in either burrito and both were 90 percent potatoes! What a disappointment and not worth even close to the $ 7 I paid for them! I will not return.

Viva used to be more generous with their guacamole on their chips but not anymore. Pretty disappointed. I don’t know if the cute girl working there was a distraction to the cook but this is all I got on my chips. See picture

Work about 5 minutes away… one of the closest «Mexican» places around. Last 2 times we’ve made a breakfast burrito run for the office, all the salsas that we were given (after the lady at the window was bothered because we asked for both red & green) have been spoiled. Which totally sucks especially when you’ve already poured it on your burrito and take a huge bite…

They are always sooo friendly and the salsa is the best at a burrito joint! It would be handsdown the best if they had more bacon in the breakfast burritos!

Love their tacos and for 99¢ each you can’t beat it! Went through the drive thru started to pull away and remembered we didn’t get our drinks when we went inside to get them they have us a bigger size than we ordered for the mistake. Customer service was superb they were very patient, they made us feel like they wanted our business.

you really can’t go wrong with a $ 3.29 breakfast burro!

I actually have always had an ok experience here, and their refried beans are delicious, I got a bean burrito with sour cream and cheese added and it was ok, but still not as good as their plain refried beans, which is kind of odd because they are both the same thing i think…

Cheap food greasy mexican food.
