Voluptuous Nails and Spa

If I could give this salon negative stars I would. Where to start… I went in to have acrylics done. She did a full set with a design. after I had left after letting them dry under the dryer four times, a few hours later the strips she put on completely came off and the polished gumped off in chunks, the polish was bad and way too many layers were put on. After I went back to have them redone with gel this time after the gel had baked on it completely peeled off. So she tried a second time again the gel came off in chunks after the third time of trying the gel my acrylics had been filed down so much that they were paper thin they could bend. I asked the nail tech to add more acrylic, she only added more to one finger. Finally I gave up on the gel and did regular polish. Two hours after I left two of my nails completely snapped off in half, my nails are crooked, filed wrong and the acrylic is so bumpy and uneven. I went back and even spoke with the owner to ask for a refund, first she answered by telling me she was busy and she refused and said they don’t do refunds and was extremely rude to me. This place does not guarantee their work. She refused to do anything for me other than offer to do my toes? Why would I want you to do my toes and make them look as awful as my finger nails? Everyone that has seen my nails say they look awful! As someone that works in customer service this is extremely horrible. Save your time, money and frustration and avoid this place. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never step foot in their again

Worst nail experience yet. First off, things on their menu aren’t available. Then when I selected something else, it was going to be a 45 min wait. The whole point was a pedicure though. I asked for one of the higher priced pedicures and received the exact same thing as the express, except with a 30 second massage that apparently cost that extra $ 15.
Secondly, there was a bunch of men just hanging out watching all the women get their services done. Super creepy.
On top of that my nails look like a 5 year old painted them since they are so messed up. The nail polish is is cracked and my nails are cut crooked.
I wish I could give this place negative stars, get a lawyer and sue for my $ 40 dollars back.
Yah they have margaritas, but it is not worth it.

Margaritas while you get a pedi, need I say more?! The shop is beautiful and the huge fish tank is amazing. I got a shellac mani and the voluptuous pedi (Jen gives an excellent massage) The owners were attentive and all the nail techs were very kind. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been coming here recently to get my nails filled and toes done and I love it. My sister even said that she had never received such amazing service before. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The owners are wonderful people and the adult beverages are delicious and refreshing.

Wonderful place nice people relaxing will he back for more :) I will be coming they always have raffles but not little raffle I am hoping to win the Louis Vuitton purse
