The good news: hmm. the store is well lit. That’s about it kids. I live ½ a block from this location so it’s my closest retailer. There are a couple of useful employees, but primarily the staff is… challenged. When the photo guy steps in to help in the pharmacy, i can’t expect speedy accurate pharmaceutical assistance. But most scenarios I witness are completely avoidable. Here are a couple examples: I walk in and head right to the photo department to pick up some prints. i was greeted by the main cashier. Then i stood at the photo desk. and waited and waited. I waved to the cashier who nodded. and i waited and waited. i went in search of a worker and found a couple stocking shelves but both commented they didn’t work in photo. Finally, i waited in the line at the front of the store. 6 people were ahead of me. 15 minutes to cash out 6 people who each had a couple items. I got to the front, asked if i could get help in photo, ‘ok’. back to the counter, then many minutes later someone was paged. Yes, i know it sounds petty, but in my observation. the reason this place is always busy, is due to a non-alert, non-helpful staff. It’s not rocket science. customers are quite often disgruntled and ticked off. The customers are better to each other than the employees are. After yet another trip to the store, a woman was unable to get a bag of candy without drama. she finally said to just cancel her order, and i left. the cashier IRINA was then somehow inspired to badmouth the woman to the next several customers. I can’t stand this location.

This place is always very busy! The intersection is a nightmare during the midday, and the parking lot can be pretty full. In the evening it’s a smooth oiled machine and you can usually get in and out fairly quickly.
