First oder of business, I don’t understand how this place isn’t PACKED on a Friday night at 10p. It’s a nice restaurant, clean, and more than you would expect from an «average wing joint.» The two gentleman that were working last night were gracious enough to prepare me a to go order for their last meal of the night. They made several recommendations on what sauce I should get, but I wanted to go with a mix of the two hot sauces they had. As far as the wings go, they were delicious. Probably some of the best wings that I have had in Tucson for the short time I have been here. They were a little pricey, but I guess that is where their margins are set. A mild recommendation to ownership… invest in marketing, this place is a hidden gem in a well trafficked location and if you cater to the surroundings, you will kill it! All that aside, I will definitely be back, more than likely when they have their .55 wing special on Wednesdays!

They weren’t busy and they still screwed up the order. The flavors on the wings lack the punch that forces you to pick up another. You never get a second chance for a great first impression. Give an effort Wing factory! Don’t phone it in.

The best wings in Tucson! I am from NJ and know what good wings should be! Spicy meaty and CRISP! Love the original and garlic palm(salted) yum! A must try, worth the trip.

The wings are average size. They do have some full flavor. We got some bbq, garlic Parmesan and mild wings. It’s comfortable and decent. Nothing special or spectacular.

I came here with my boyfriend in search of the best wings in Tucson. There are only a few places we’ve liked but I actually enjoyed the ones here! They’re pretty crispy for being served with extra hot sauce at the bottom of the basket. The original buffalo flavor was spicy enough to get a kick but not too much to keep you from enjoying. We got salad and I found it a bit odd to see they weren’t wearing gloves when they were chopping the lettuce but I don’t know what the food regulations are and I normally can’t see a kitchen but the kitchen here is very visible as you pass from the bathroom. The bathrooms are very nice too. It’s a small place but I like it. Mostly private and quiet even though there’s a bunch of flat screen TVs all around. I see myself coming here again. Thanks for the good time!

The food is yummy but the cooks DONOTWEARGLOVES. I saw the cook throwing pickles into the fryer with his bare hands. When I asked for the pickles to be remade, the gentleman who remade them did not wear gloves to get them into the togo box. He then had to touch the paper inside the box with his bare hands to close it and handed it to me with a big smirk. Obviously they have no respect for health laws. The cook also got mad that I said something. I will not eat here again as it is probably SOMUCHWORSE if that it how the food is treated right in front of your face(open kitchen).

First of all, the boneless chicken wings were just really bad. For a place called the«wing factory», you’d expect the chicken to be great. Albertson’s chicken tenders are ten times better than the hard, over cooked, pre fab bites this place calls«boneless wings» that they charge 60 cents each for. Furthermore, the music played over the speakers to the whole house was bad rap. The target audience of this place must be uneducated children under 25 years old. If you’re over 30, you’ll hate this place.

Very good food, nice selection of foods other than their tasty wings! Polite and friendly service. Happy that my family and I decided to stop in.

Wings aren’t bad. I’ve had better. What drives me crazy about this place is the prompt to enter a tip when you’re paying for your food. At this point, you haven’t tried the food, let alone have a chance to evaluate the service. The employee called me over to the counter(I was the only person there at noon on a Tuesday) so I could get my food. So really, I’m not tipping on service at all. Yes, I could enter a «0» but doing that before they prepare my food worries me. So I feel like I’m forced to provide a tip, then get mediocre wings and zero service. For 10 wings and a side of cole slaw, my bill was over 12 $. Hardly cheap.

I went here with some friends to watch U of A play in the Elite 8 game, and we arrived about 30 minutes before the game started. We asked them not to start cooking our wings right away so we could get them around the beginning of the game. A few minutes after the game started, one of the employees turned subtitles on which were conveniently placed in the middle of the screen instead of the top or bottom. Our group along with others instantly began complaining, but one employee with excessively glittery eyeliner and an attitude problem refused to take them off or allow any other employees to take them off due to a mystery group that apparently wanted words in the middle of the screen. But we sucked it up and watched the game with subtitles blocking the view of the baskets. After around halftime, we realized we still didn’t have wings, so my friend stood in line to ask the cashier what was going on. It turns out the wings ended up in a to-go order and they were sitting on the counter in styrofoam boxes for about 45 minutes at this point. As for the service, we only had someone come to the table once and it was to bring the first pitcher of beer over, and after that we had to get up to get anything we wanted. After this experience, we probably would have left a poor tip. Luckily for them, you have to pay for everything and leave a tip at the cashier before you receive any food, drinks, or service. If nobody comes to the table, I’m not really sure where the tip goes. Maybe it goes to the cashier for placing the order, but whoever got it, we left a nice tip for possibly the worst service I have ever experienced.

Just tried Wing Factory for the first time a couple of days ago and we were left full and happy. For starters they are cheaper than Wing Stop down the way AND they include veggies and dip which WS does not and I find that annoying. Otherwise wings were pretty straightforward and very good. We tried the lemon pepper, garlic parm and original buffalo. But their menu for non-wing items is huge! Lots of snacks to choose from and service was friendly too :)

Wings were average size… great flavor tho!!! Hamburger was a little on the dry side. Would be better if we were asked the type of cook we wanted(medium, well done) Great place with many tv’s. Great for watching games

So. my friends and I came here around 10:51 pm. The girl who was working told us that they closed at 11. So being the nice people we are we didn’t even eat there. We asked them to pack up our wings cause we didn’t want to be those customers that stayed late. However, as we were walking out we saw that they close at 12. That’s not the worse part. She turned off the lights on us and told us that she’s locking us in at 11. She lied and was being rude. The wings were dry. The garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper look like mini powered donuts. There was no sauce in the hot wings. Not going to lie the only wings that tasted good was the chili-lemon wings. I recommend going to Applebee’s instead or just go to old Chicago.

This place is terrible. The wings taste like Tyson Anytizers buffalo with a hint of ass. Rude people who told us they close and lock at 11 however on door AND on Unilocal they close at 12. ¼ of our 50 wings tasted decent. One was overly salty. Another tasted like nothing. I recommend Applebee’s Happy hour instead.
