Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut is always a not great, not bad pizza joint. They were having a special so my friends split a few pies. They forgot to add sausage to one of our pizzas, a frustrating mistake, but the rest of the order was good. We carried the food out, so I can’t comment on the ambiance of the indoor dining area, but we did TRY to use the drive-​thru pick up window, but it was faster to just go inside and pick up the food. The staff was generally nice, no memorably nice or inviting experiences however. Will come back the next time they have a pizza deal worth buying,

I can see why others have given this pizza hut low ratings for their dining experience. I went one time and there was no one to greet us. To top it off, we waited ten minutes at a booth and no one checked on us. Short to say we left, however I give this place four stars for its online specials and quick delivery. I know their online deals are available at all the other pizza huts across the nation, but they are great. Love getting the twenty wings and waffle fries for $ 14. They also deliver fairly quickly, in about 20 to 30 minutes. The only exception is on Sundays when the NFL season is going on, but that seems to be the norm at any pizza place. The food is pretty good, not the best, but for the price one can’t complain.

Great place, very tasty and fresh food. Not too crowded. The only thing I didn’t like about that place is their bathroom, which is quite nasty. Other than that it is a great place to go with a family.

This place is good, pizza is always very hot and fresh out of the oven when delivered or when picked up. The drive thru option is nice and the staff is nice. Most of the bad reviews come come complicated women about the waitress or customer service, people have emotions and can’t plaster a fake smile on all day. Get over yourselves.

What’s the point of even being a pizza hut if you get rid of the buffet? BOOOOOOOO!!!

I am giving this rating a MEH, because honestly? I’ve definitely have experienced better. I do like Pizza Hut as a chain, I like their pizza and stuffed crust is amazing! I can’t get over the amount of cheese!
I did not have a good experience recently. I waited with my friend about 10 – 15 minutes to be seated, since there was a sign that stated, «Wait to be Seated». However, no one was up front, and we just ended up seating ourselves. When the waitress finally came up to our booth, she had a not so nice tone with us.
«What do you want?» With a snarky tone no less. I did not feel comfortable at all and did not feel like a valued customer. She obviously did not like her job.
The food was to be expected, perfectly Pizza Hut, but the service is what stuck with me, I did not like it.

This Pizza Hut SUCKS!!! I am a big Pizza Hut fan and have always chosen their pizza over everyone else, but this location has the WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Pizza not coming within the time told, calling back to see where the pizza is and being told it was forgotten on the delivery route. Having issues with managers not going out of their way to make me nor my neighbors (I live in an apt complex and we do football/​baseball pizza nights regularly) like we matter. For a company as big as this to make its customers, the only reason for their survival as a company, feel so unimportant and mistreated is ridiculous. I am so upset with how I was treated on the phone this evening by the manager, it will take a lot for me to change my mind about ever going back. Pizza Hut you just lost at least 8 residences business because you have zero regard for your customer satisfaction. At least this location!

Ok so we decided to come here to eat simply because the line down the road was just way too long!
From the moment we walked in, the service was shitty! The sign in front says «wait to be seated». So we wait for a couple seconds, nobody came so I finally saw a person cleaning tables and I asked her if somebody was gonna seat us or do we seat ourselves? With her head still dwn she says just sit where ever! (very rudely)
So we sit dwn at a booth & for a few seconds nobody came by. Finally our server came over, he was ok, he apologized for the first girls rudeness etc. but he gave me dirty napkin wrapped silverware.
They kept sayin how extremely busy they were because of having to sell tickets for some event, but the lobby only had about 5 tables taken. Then, they ran out of mediums so we got a free large upgrade instead which was ok.
At the end, we were sitting there for abt 20 mins before anyone came by to give the bill etc!
Needless to say, we will not being going back to this particular establishment!

I have totally given up on the Pizza Hut closest to us, but not on the chain itself. Tonight, game night, I was craving a thin crust Pepperoni Lover’s, so we gave this location a try. There’s only so much you can expect from a chain pizza place, but this one does their job very well. The employees were smiling and courteous and the pizzas were prepared exactly as asked for. Nice, crunchy thin crust loaded with cheese and pepperoni and a delicious new hand tossed crust with pepperoni and black olives. Sometimes my family craves chain fast food, not often, but it’s nice to have found a good Pizza Hut location for whenever the craving strikes!

Used to order from them all the time, until the driver couldn’t find my place, was rude calling me a liar and hung up on me. Then when i call to get my money back on my debit card, they continue to tell me they have no reference of my purchase, yet, my bank statement shows the purchase with their ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER!
Rude employees and managers!
I will never go to and order from this place ever again!!!

Yep I’m giving just an A-​OK for this chained restaurant. I understand it’s not local but when you had kiddos who just want some darn pizza this is an easy place to do your online ordering.
Plus they have pasta as well so I was able to get something besides pizza.
Not my favorite pizza by any means but it’s easy to just set up a quick and simple delivery.
Now as far as the pizza I’ve had better

I’m not rating this against the greatest hand-​tossed pizzas in Tucson, I’m rating it as a Pizza Hut. You can put your pizza together online and then drive through to pick it up (or have it delivered). There are times when that is A-​OK.
