This was an online order but about a year ago my husband bought me two pairs of fabulous diamond earrings. He has the certificate and everything, the woman who helped him at the store told him this was high quality diamonds and if he wanted to save a little bit on them he could go online and save a percentage of the sale. I was in awe and he was very excited he could afford them. He paid about $ 900. I took them to a jeweler yesterday to tighten the setting and get them cleaned and she tested them three ways saying they were FAKE! and as a total they only amounted to $ 200MAX. We were floored. I researched plenty of sources and Zales is apparently known to sell fake stones. I would be warned if I were you. Do not support this company.

I wanted to give a big«Thank You!» to Melinda and the staff at Zales(in the Tucson Mall)! After sizing my engagement ring(on a rush order, they delivered it at the time promised), it came back with one of the stones a little out of whack. Melinda said she’d hurry to get it to the jeweler and back(before my guy and I both left town). We both ended up leaving earlier than planned, but when I called Melinda and explained to her that we were telling our families the good news that weekend(at his dad’s house in South Dakota), she shipped it to the store in Rapid City so we could have it in time! It was so nice of her to make the extra effort, we both appreciated it. Thanks again! :)
