The better of the three 7⁄11 locations on foothill blvd between Sunland/Tujunga. The other two locations are technically Sunland and typical 7 elevens. It’s about convenience, not customer service! lol…This is the location you want to go to if you look for good customer service. Employees seem to come and go, but Shaheen and Lilly have been there for quite some time, and both are consistently pleasant. Always congested and hard to find parking, but what can you do? Nothing!, just accept that you’re not the only one who stops for coffee in route to work and be patient

Purchased a gift card from here and couldn’t use the card because the numbers were smeared when we scratch off the covering. Called sony first to see what we should do and they said go back to the store. So we called the store and the guy said if u can be here in 15 min before I leave or I work tomorrow morning. Came in the morning and we had the receipt to exchange. The guy acted like he was trying to return to my card but it wasn’t going thru. Never heard of anyone being declined on a return/money going onto a card. Since he was having issues with the return I asked for him to return it in cash to use to purchase the new one. Oh no can’t do that. It’s an even exchange! It’s not like he won’t be loosing money. Just find shady that we needed to go in when he was working and when we got there he acted as if it was the register. I asked for corporate and he responded you have to find it. Ok thanks.

I’ve been coming here for like 7 years, and overall, it’s an ok 7-Eleven. All of the staff except one recent dude with glasses(pretty sure he got fired because I don’t see him anymore) have been really friendly over the years. But they introduced their own line of products within the last few years and slowly but surely, seem to be skimping on brand name items. For example, I want Haagen-Daz Vanilla Bean ice cream, I don’t want your ‘7-Evelen Select’ shit. It’s not the same. It tastes like Cool Whip. I don’t want Cool Whip. Of course they’ll have Haagen-Daz vanilla almond because it’s not something they seem to make. #1stworldproblems. I don’t care. Their sandwiches, frozen pizza, hotdogs etc. are pretty good for what they are though… when you’re drunk.

This specific location is TERRIBLE! Beginning with all the homeless people sitting in front which makes it kind of uncomfortable to go in when you’re by yourself, 2nd is the nasty looking food they have, 3rd is their customer service. The older Indian guy is so Rude and disrespectful especially when he’s yelling about a price difference when clearly they had stocked the item on the wrong shelf under the wrong price tag. Wont admit they made a mistake, just keeps yelling in the most nastiest tone. I hope his boss reads this and teaches that Jerk some manners and how to talk to people. Told him he did not have to be rude but they stocked in the wrong spot. I’ve never seen someone attack a customer like he did, Relax dude. Go learn some manners and how to speak to people. Will never return here again. Coffee sucks anyway… tastes old. They only get one star for the lady that works there, she’s so nice.

See shaheen for excelent service. Always clean always well stocked. The taquitos are only 100 calories but taste like more. 7⁄11 review sounds kinda silly but this store deserves a 5 star. Thank you Shaheen

I’m not crazy about this location because it has a lot of people who ask for money out front. But other than THAT, the overall cleanliness of the store is respectable. I like how organized it is and the cheap deals the are posted by almost everything! 7⁄11 has DELICIOUS coffee. My gosh… So fresh and vivid tasting. I love that about this location. The –1 is due to the people who wait up front. I get scared entering and that’s not fun. But it’s not always. Which is why I still come here once in a while.

Typical 7 Eleven experience. I go here after my gym session, sometimes, for protein shakes. Don’t eat any if the food items. They have a B, which is pretty disgusting. Customer service is average.

I have cashed my scratcher winnings three times and every time the nightshirt Indian guy tries to short me telling me I didn’t win but luckily I am very aware and called him out on it I no longer go there but one time I sent my wife with thirty six dollars in winning tickets and she came back with twelve dollars telling me he said I only won a few!!! This man is a crook

7−11s in general are great places to pick up a quick snack. It is a definite stoner paradise(not that I would know). I love all the locations, but not this one. I have only one issue. No it’s not the parking lot that needs some up keep, or the homeless guy outside asking for change. I do not even care that they do not have all the candy bars I like. But when it comes to any sales job, the number one thing to me is customer service. Almost everyone at this store has been friendly and nice, but not the man with the mustache. I am not sure if it how he looks, but he never seem to happy to be working there(you can quit). When I walk in he looks at me like I have no reason to be there. I only buy swisher sweet cigars from this location. I walk in mustache man stars at me like I come to the same location to steal. I ask for a swisher and he look at me confused. «Swisher?» Me saying yes and pointing behind the counter at the box on the floor full Swishers. I asked for a Swisher black, he always says they do not have«Black» even though the box is full of them, I then must guide his hand, with left, right and up and down to get one simple black Swisher. All the other employees here are nice fast and need very little direction. Besides that just be careful making left out of the parking lot from both exits it’s a busy street at times.

My review is specifically about Slurpee Day, aka 7⁄11. There is nothing more uniting of the various classes, more«American,» than the concept of receiving something – anything! – for nothing. The sheer delight of participating in a feeding frenzy with Corporate America picking up the tab as a way to say«thank you for your patronage and, uh, sorry ’bout the diabetes…» I usually don’t partake, but since today was a scorcher and I work for a too-expensive-to-air-condition home, I marched down to the local 7-Eleven to claim that which is my birthright: The annual 7⁄11 Slurpee. It was not an entirely horrific experience, and that really surprised me. At 4 p.m., I approached the store’s machine assuming to find a promotional cup roughly the size of a thimble. Nope, the cups were 8 to 12 ounces, fair enough for an anticipated day’s full of Slurpers. Also, I was relieve not to find some God-forsaken breadline like the type that would form outside the Forum trying to get ace seats for Led Zeppelin concerts circa 1973. No, just a half dozen folks, some Bieber fans, a homeless couple(did they find out about this on Facebook as I did?) and a pair of cyclists, lined up in orderly fashion with their cups. Still, I would not have felt it out of place to see Paris Hilton pushing he way to the front of this crowd as I have at so many«gifting lounges.» That entitled skank would step on a premature baby to get her hands on an «exclusive» bag of Funyuns. So there we were, the teenagers, the music-loving weirdos, the outdoors enthusiasts and the hobos, queued up like some crazy quilt, which we might be useful since we would soon be experiencing a group brainfreeze. I’m taking one star off for when the clerk gave the homeless couple, who looked as happy as clams and as beat as Joads, the stinkeye for a millisecond for taking advantage of summer’s coolest promotion. «Let Them Drink Slurpees!»

This 7 – 11 is awkwardly packed at all times of the night. Even late nights, the parking is filled(all 5 spots) and there’s always someone inside buying that late night Red Bull, cigarettes or beef jerky to hold them over. I wouldn’t make any real eye contact with anyone but the guy at the counter. There seems to be plenty of shady looking people here, but hey! It’s not a bar and you’re not looking for anything but a quick refill of your energy drink, cigarettes or finger foods to hold you over while you have the late night munchies. I usually stop in to get my daily dosage of Rockstar, despite the fact that they don’t have the yellow canned Rockstars, it’s still an easy and quick spot to stop by at and fill up your body’s gas tank!

7 – 11’s across the Jungles of Tujunga are pretty much all on the same level. There are a few differences between them though, like this location’s parking situation is awful, it has all of 5 [legal] parking spots — which are always occupied, at all hours of the day. This location is also located at the busiest intersection of Tujunga(Foothill and Tujunga Canyon) so when trying to leave here, it can be a hassle, and with the way people drive down here, often dangerous as well. But enough of the negatives, lighten up! There are some positives too: the workers here are all friendly, despite the rude customers they have to help early in the morning. There’s even one guy in particular here who is really funny and always cracks jokes. This location has the best hot food, I don’t know what it is about it but 7 – 11 taquitos are so fuhreakin yummy!(I like the jalepeno cream cheese ones) And, for you OCD people, this location is always CLEAN. :] Here’s a really good tip for those of you who have to have that morning cup of liquid crack called coffee and stand in those ridiculous lines at Starbucks: 7 – 11’s exclusive blend coffee is sooooo much better than any coffee drink you get from that Starbucks drivethru window –and its waaay cheaper! [can you tell I’m not much of a Starbucks fan?]
