I have been coming here for the past two years. When ever I have time to stop by in the morning I do. I don’t know why all the horrible reviews. When ever I walk in the owners are super nice. Their son is a sweet heart. Every time I order a ham and cheese croissant they warm it up and sometimes when I get a box of doughnuts they throw in free doughnut holes. The only thing is that if you plan to order a dozen ham and cheese croissants(my aunt does Friday treats for the office some times) you now have to put in a $ 10 deposit and call a day in advance. Beware they changed their phone number so what is listed on the sign does not work. They recently started accepting credit cards(idk if they still do) but its better to have cash on hand just in case. Also all their doughnuts are fresh and super yummy. As far as this place goes I would rather go here than go down to Sunland.

Unbelievably good donuts… I get free donuts in work and still stop off here on my morning commute…

What the heck! I wanted donuts but apparently they are closed today. The hours on here are false!

Good luck trying to get your free donut with your checkin coupon. This place is a whack house. You literally have to fight for your free donut. I just have up after the language barrier and incompetence and arrogance of the workers there.

Nothing special, just another doughnut. I picked up a dozen doughnuts around 8 in the morning and they tasted as if they were old. If you want good doughnuts you need to find a Krispy Kreme!

I love this humble, happy place. The donuts are fresh, fresh, fresh — and delicious. The owners are kind and pleasant. The«vibe» of the place is great. You walk in and it seems like everyone is happy to see you — including the other customers! The clientele is mixed — from construction workers in hard hats to business men in suits to mommies and babies, all enjoying a tasty treat of their liking. This is totally the«Cheers» of donut establishments. :D When I want a heavier donut, I generally choose their rich, buttery apple fritter or an old fashioned with maple glaze. Their BEARCLAWS — omygosh — they are filled with apple-y goodness yet they are light and tasty. The donut holes are my favorite. Even when I’m trying to be «good» and just buying a mixed dozen for friends and family — I can always eat one or two donut holes… or, uh, FIVE, right? Low cal, right? :P My son loves their danishes. My friends enjoy their delicate croissants filled with a variety of delights. Yes, KC Donuts, we could choose to frequent other corporate, classed up donut stops but they don’t hold a candle to you, my friend. You’re the real deal.

Hole in the wall donut shop located in Tujunga, CA, I was pleased with their service and kindness. We came when the shop was about to close, but the owner was kind enough to accommodate us before closing down. $ 8 will get you a dozen donuts. Not amazing but still good. The owner was very patient, gave us recommendations and even a free donut. Parking and indoor seating area available.

Maybe it’s just one of those bad days. I drove 2.5 miles to try the five-star rated donut shop in Tujunga. What went wrong? I asked the pleasant asian lady if they got any donut with peanut butter(I had to repeat this twice). She pointed me a muffin with peanuts on top and she’s unable to explain if it was indeed a peanut butter muffin. Anyway, I got one and ordered more. I checked in on Unilocal(of course) and saw this ad that says about 1 free donut. I showed it to the lady and she just shrugged her shoulders, appeared to be so confused about it. I asked her if the manager was around and to verify if she was actually comprehending what I was trying to imply,“Do you speak English?”, again, a shrug was the answer. Ahhhh, language barrier! An older asian man came out and told him that I have to have my free donut. He said, «I do not know anything about it, maybe my son put it». The pain of argument! I asked him again if he knows that they are 5-star rated on Unilocal.I was amazed when he said, «I really do not know anything about that». I felt a little embarrass already but kept my composure. People started to stare at me like I was a crazy b — - desperate to claim a freebie. I am after the free donut… it made me laugh inside. Well sir, I am fighting for the ad that you placed on Unilocal! In the end, as I was about to pay my $ 6 worth of goodies, he told his assistant to give me a free donut. Crazy! This is not happening! In fairness, the chocolate was super yummy and I was surprised that it was chocolate-filled. Apple fritters are damn good also. Yeah, I love your donuts sir but you suck that you do not know your own business! I am giving you a chance.

As far as dougnuts go KC’s is the cream of the crop. But doughnuts aren’t the only attraction, they have great coffe and other food for a price that’s hard to beat! Most doughnut shops you are in and out, but at KC’s theres always a good soccer match or something to watch. Furthermore, you can’t beat the staff, they make you feel like family everytime!

DWAM! That’s a good donut. Nothing like a glazed donut and coffee from KC! Sometimes I mix it up though and get sprinkles or maple bar cuz you really can’t go wrong here. My wife says I should lay off the donuts … But is there a better way to start the morning?!

They make the best donuts here! They are fresh daily, and make some delicious ham and cheese cossants. The staff is friendly, and always there to greet me with a smile! I love this place! No other donut place like it in LA!
