McDonald’s

Due to the limited time we had, I am force to make a drive thru really quick, we’re all hungry and in a hurry, so I hit the drive thru in this location which we just going through to our way going to our workplace. I never thought of how fast their service is because I always had a bad impressions of all the fast food joints, they always had a BAD SERVICE, but out of very hectic schedule I gamble to a chance of having a different one, gladly, it did! This joint offered the speed, quality service and reliability that we were looking for. Thanks!
Expect me to come back.

For some reason the prices at this McDonald’s are much much higher than any other location.

I don’t usually visit McDonald, but when I do it’s all about the McCafe, I don’t have to wait longer. The costumer service is also great and a good place to stay for breakfast, the employees’ smiles will make your day.

I stop here pretty often before work. Always friendly, order is always right. Never had problems here.

I love this location my visit was very good experience with the customer service is extremely nice food was very hot fresh restrooms very clean the best MAC n town.

This place sucks. They always forget something in my order. When I went there they didn’t take my coupon for a free sandwich after I waited in a long slow line even though it said they would online.
They also served me cold fries and forgot pancakes and sryup a few times. I recommend going to the other mcdonalds in town. I will not be going back anymore they lost a customer.
They also had someone get shot and
killed in here after a botched robbery if that bothers you.

This was a good place to visit. The employees were very nice and anyone should stop by to eat here. :)

Never been inside this McDonald’s. Drive thru like any other. Only ordered a drink. I like the location.

We all know the food is crappy, but at this location the service is also terrible and it’s dirty.

McCafe. I think it’s what most coffee people love in the morning. It’s just perfect.
English-​speaking drive-​thru staff, always a fast lane and there’s a trash at the end of the drive-​thru. That’s like a super plus.

I dont even know why the food got worst what ever was a few yars a go was much better. Its nor fresh at all they just hit it for u thats it. Chees its not melt french fries were cold and u can tell it was there for ever.

This place is proof Black Holes do exist…. Staffed by clueless, zombie like individuals who barely tolerate each others existence. Welcome to a McD’s where customers are the enemy!
Besides being unfriendly, buying any breakfast item is a 20 minute or longer detour on the road to life. Go here only if you are looking to kill some time… they are the Anti-​Fast Food choice of Tujunga… by far the Slowest McD’s in the world.
Employees who work here should be forced to drink ten cups of coffee before they start their shift, or find a job in the post office…

Shocking, I know. 4 stars for McDonald’s?
But it’s because every single time I’ve come here, the fries come out super, super fresh and hot. And the number one best thing about McDonald’s are their fries when they’re done well, IMO. They are literally always so hot, I sometimes come here JUST for the fries! Okay now I sound like an addict. ;)
Everything else I’ve ordered usually comes out well. Chicken nuggets can be overdone at times.
One star knocked off because sometimes they don’t have hot fudge sundaes available (ex ice cream machine is not working).
I’ve yet to receive a wrong order either. Service is fine, no problems yet.
So if you’re a fan of Mickey D fries this is the one!

Ok seriously, either my guilty fries were going to come out fresh and hot or the staff are just exceptionally slow. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the latter.
I would’ve been better off going to in & out burger down the street for a guilty pleasure meal.
Fries were old and cold… Just for that, I’ll have to spend an extra hour on my wiiFit :)

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a gajillion times, but I’ve only gone here for drive thru, usually to pick up breakfast. I get what I expect from a McDonald’s, and the service has been quick and friendly overall. I did take a star off my overall rating cuz one time I came here at night to get some soft serve and sundaes, but they said their machine wasn’t working. That was a letdown…

So just recently I was on Facebook and saw this news article going around about Jamie Oliver and Mc Donald’s. So I had to read it! Good thing I did now I never want to eat a McDonald’s cheese burger again. The article stated how there cheese burgers are made with the cheapest meat because they serve a lot of people but that is not the part that disturbed me. So I continued to read on and I saw that they also wash there meat in ammonium hydroxide. Like WHAT! Reading on…“ammonium hydroxide is not safe for human consumption and is bad for animals as well” I can’t believe what I am reading. So as I continue I find out that Jamie Oliver (if you don’t know who he is Google him!) has exposed McDonalds and now they want to change there recipe for the burgers but what about the other food I mean if that’s just the burgers what must be in the other food as well. If you ever go for breakfast you will see what I mean. There eggs look fake. No eggs should look the way there’s do. I happen to know someone who works at McDonalds and they said there eggs come in a tube and they are just sliced, OMG! I love eggs and all but not when the come in a tube… those are not eggs! Sorry McDonalds but until you make fresh and healthy food that humans can consume then you have lost my business.

This particular McDonald’s location is something else.
I understand that it’s in Tujunga, but some of the people who go in this place creep me out — and also spoils the McDonald’s experience.
Mind my French, but I have seen ‘bums’ enter this place with their OWN cup and go to the soda fountain, and the employees did not even say anything!
That is plain old disgusting.
I have had bones in my chicken burgers at this location yet the manager has ignored my calls and emails! That to me is not just rude but very deceiving.
The food overall tastes the same, heck, McDonald’s tastes the same in Europe as it does in America, but it’s the service that really matters to us customers, for we are the one’s who keeps their business alive.
Service is usually fast, but they have to clean it up a little — or else I am never stepping foot there again.

Seriously! I mean, how much does a single sauce container actually COST?!
Ok, so… while the interior of this particular McD’s is actually quite nice (hence the 2^nd star), the wifi still blows, and the McNugget sauce situation… My God. Allow me to present you with a McMath challenge:
If a 10-​piece box of DRY-​ASS chicken nuggets comes with 2 sauces, how many sauces should a 20-​piece come with?
If you guessed 4, you’re wrong. According to their McMath, the correct answer is 3.
Yep, they even have (or had) this rule posted on a sign on the wall just inside the drive-​thru window. If you craned your neck, you could see it – right there on the wall, the McRule on how to screw the customer out of ONE lousy sauce container for every 20-​piece order!
So basically, if you order a 20, you’re downing 5 nuggets dry. Good times.
«But wait!» you think. «That’s ridiculous, I could just ASK for 4!» Well, sure, you could, but ⁹⁄₁₀ times they won’t give it to you in the drive-​thru. If you go inside and make a big stink about it, sure, but really? Really, McDonalds?
My solution is just to boycott McNuggets entirely – at least at this location (as I’m not sure if other locations follow the same McProtocol) – until someone in management learns their multiplication tables.
(Don’t even get me going about the 50-​piece situation.)

If you’re going to go to a McDonalds ANYWHERE near Tujunga/​Sunland/​LaCrescenta go to THIS ONE.
SOOO much better than the one right next to /​inside of Sunland.
Quick service, perfect fries, and WELL seasoned burgers.
YEAH YEAH it’s a mickey d’s I know but some are better than others.
