Surprised by the negative reviews. Any time I go to puff, I’m never disappointed. Being in the service business, I notice things a lot better than the average customer. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. The owner comes by and checks on his customers to make sure they are satisfied. The hookahs are always clean and the packs are long lasting. Good work Puff. Keep at it!

I love this place ! They have the best hookahs and each packed head lasts for a really long time. Every time I want to hang out with my friends and smoke some hookah we go to Puff. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to just chill, listen to music, and smoke with their friends. Friendly environment and great customer service.

Best hookah lounge by far here in tujunga. Ida is our usual waiter and she packs the dankest heads. Get some fumari and you’re good to go. You can’t go wrong with puff café!

First time being here and I liked it. Hookah was a B+, service was awkward at times lmao they currently have no food, serve no alcohol for all you alcoholics like me. Interior was clean and neat, bathrooms in good shape too. Also has a small outside sitting area. :)

Been coming here since they opened and never have any issues with their hookah, it will last you all night. Cool atmosphere, good music. Really chill spot to just hang out with friends and have some hookah.

I’m so glad I found a great hookah lounge near where I live. The hookah always hits smoothly regardless of how long we’ve been smoking and the clouds are always milky. I’ve never felt harshness and it’s pretty amazing.
The flavors are good and the service is always friendly. Don’t be afraid to ask for something if you need it. The owner and workers have always been super friendly and helpful.
There is a drink minimum and the cheapest drink is bottled water for $ 2.
They also went under renovations recently so everything is super nice. The couches and chairs are super comfortable and the tables are classy. Puff Café is a great place to just chill/​relax with your friends, date, etc. It’s never super crowded and I’ve never had to wait to be seated.

Great Place for a chill night of hookah. The staff is super friendly and the manager takes unique interest in his customers. We were there last night and we had a good time. (We were the party of five in the corner!) THANKYOU to the waitress who went to talk to the manager on our behalf for our situation and THANKYOU to the manager for being understanding. The place is amazing. Great décor, very chic and cute. Overall vibe of the place is Awesome. A young mellow crowd. Kind of like us. We had the white gummy bear (yum) and sex on the beach with mint. We were seated in comfortable couches and the music was cool, not too loud and crazy so we were actually able to talk to each other and still have the cool backround music playing. We will definitely come back again! THANKYOU guys again for making our National Sibling Day Outing that much more enjoyable. Much Love and keep up the good work!

About time there a hookah lounge in north east part of los Angeles that serves and packs Tangiers really well. Really chill spot. Km hookah n they have wide selection of glass hookahs although I prefer km hookahs. They got all brands from lavoo, roi, lust, luna, fumo, heavyhitters, etc. I saw 15 different glass hookahs including the ones that customers were using just with my eyes. Very nice interior, good spot to bring ur date and unlike most lounges that have cheap leather futon couches, this place actually have good couches.
Very good service too. they check up on u very often.

This place is absolutely horrible. Let’s take a moment to just talk about the staff. Well get to the horrible, overpriced dried out hookah in a minute.
I have been here all of two times. Both of which made me disappointed me more than the last.
The first time I went there was on my own. Which was awful to say the least. Ten minutes in, and I was out the door. The second time was for a birthday party. What kind of rule is «once you go outside, there is no re-​entry allowed.»
You’re kidding right?
And from what I heard the di was an employee? Really?! Out of all the aspiring djs who are willing to play a set for FREE just to get their name out. You guys decided it would be better to have someone control the volume on a pandora account instead.
I will NEVER come back to puff. EVEN if I was PAID.
Save yourself the trouble and buy a Khalil mamoon set up yourself and smoke at your own pad. It will cost the same.

5 stars all the way… one of my favorite spots to visit when I’m in LA. Clean, friendly staff, great variety in flavors & hookah types. Overall atmosphere is very comforting. My personal favorite hookah is the LAVO glass & I usually trust the guys judgment on picking a flavor to smoke, they never disappoint :) THANK YOU!

First visit and we are being treated like royalty!
Arsen is extremely helpful and attentive and absolutely guiding us to custom flavors to satisfy our palates.
The décor and setting is sexy and intimate.
I recommend the beginner or the seasoned hookaher to come down and give them a try!

Came here last night with my fiancé, we felt like a King and Queen at this place, amazing hookah? YES amazing staff YES? Clean environment? YES. They actually care about you and they will do what it takes to make sure your time there is pleasant, I give them 2 thumbs up for hard work and loyalty, many TVs cold drinks, all varieties of styles hookahs to choose from, flavors? Ha, too many to even choose from, I just say house mix and it’s always on point, all brands, great job Puff Café

After some disappointing sessions at another hookah lounge that will not be named, I decided that it was time to look for another spot. Thanks to Unilocal,I found Puff Café. Thank goodness that it’s also located in Tujunga so it’s way closer to where we live.
The first time I came it was pretty empty but that just meant better service for us. All the workers are great about checking up on you and making sure your needs are met.
The hookah was on point and would milk really well. Another thing I really liked about Puff is that prices are set by hookah type rather than shisha type. Fumari, Starbuzz, and AF are the same price but Tangiers is a little extra.
There’s a 1 drink/​customer minimum but you should stay hydrated when you smoke anyway.

This is my first time here and so far, so good .
If youre not sure of which hookah and flavor to get, ask one of the servers and they will give amazing recommendations based on your own taste. The hookah is not harsh at all and goes super smoothly
I got a mix of white peach and tangerine and id say its pretty awesome
