Great product poor attitude of an employee Dana has been rude and condescending. This gal needs to take customer service 101. She tried to act like she was doing my wife a favor on a return by not charging her a difference in price. It was buy one get on for a penny we were exchanging the less expensive one for a match of the one we paid full price for. When I told her that it should only be a penny anyway she ignored me and continued to talk over me to my wife. I asked her if she was ignoring me she said yes. I would have to say that the customer service from this gal and one other have been unacceptable.

I went today as I had a coupon and was in the area. I got a few items. Service was lackluster although there were 3 employees working and only a few customers. At one point a whole shelf of frames fell down, all by themselves, makes you wonder about what you are buying? They do have a decent selection of art stuff but I’ll only buy here if i have a coupon and can’t find the item elsewhere with a similar coupon. I would rather buy my frames elsewhere, ikea, joanns, etc. There is just something about this place, I don’t like going here.

The rating disappointed me because I actually really like the company. Good collection, good pricing, etc. Unfortunately the employees make it an unpleasant place. I just left the Tukwila Aaron Brothers store and had to deal with an extremely rude employee. Her name tag said Sevana, and she has brown hair, with a facial piercing and tattoos(somewhat short and large). I came in with a group of people, all interested in buying frames and using a 60% off coupon, which we each had received via email, but had only printed out one since we assumed we wouldn’t each need one, given that the numbers are the same anyway. When we attempted to use the coupons, Sevana rudely and smugly told us we couldn’t use it on one of the items, and then sighed loudly each time she had to help a new customer, becoming flushed like she was angry, and then stated, «you guys are killing me.» I’m sorry we burdened her by asking her to DOHERJOB. Anyway, I will likely not come back for her service, so when she’s there my business is definitely gone. I really don’t appreciate being treated with disrespect, like some child

How crazy, I have never stepped into this store before because I always thought it was literally just frames. As I walked by I saw a cute little children table that included two chairs and a bench for only $ 100! Orginal price being $ 275. But I didnt purchase it because the hubby wasnt there. Theres tons of kids toys and activities and stationary stuff, painters(artist) supplies and so on. I did not get to look much since my son was whining but I plan on going in there again, lots of interesting things I think parents would appreciate for their kids to stay occupied when traveling or out of the house!

Anyone that know me, knows that I am the king of comparison shopping, how else can you truly save a buck? I collect movie posters and was on my way to Michaels for custom framing when I decided to stop in here. This was the 1st time that I saw a place that had an assortment of premade movie poster frames. Must have seen at least 5 different styles of 27×40 frames. I asked the clerk why I would get custom framing with such a great assortment of premade frames for a fraction of the dollar. She advised if I was on a budget, it was a good way to go. If I don’t need anything matted or over ornate I could save about a 60% buying it premade. The only real drawback was the glass was not anti-glare and my poster is not mounted, but for someone who is just hanging it on the wall, it works. Laura was super helpful and friendly and when it was all said and down I bought 6 frames and saved 75% off. My home theater is now complete and I have a much higher quality frame than any I was able to find surfing frame and movie collectors sites only. The deal I got was so good that I don’t feel guilty throwing away the cheap frames that I got from Suncoast years ago and now will buy all my frames from Aaron Brothers from now on.

Aaron Brothers has this AMAZING penny sale about once a year that I LOVE. You can purchase any frame and get the second for a penny. Yup — I said it. The staff is always really helpful and provide excellent guidance and opinions — which I always seem to need when making such major life decisions such as what to put on my walls. I’ve actually found some of my favorite prints(and discovered a favorite artist — ) surprisingly at Aaron Brothers. One of the best areas of the store is in the back — you can find mat’s in almost any color and size to fit in any of the size and colors and shapes of the frames. They’ve got a great selection and lots of friendly people. I highly recommend the sale — it makes a HUGE difference!
