Starbucks

Thanks for making my hot tea iced and then telling me the water is 200 degrees. I’m a tea drinker, I know… the offer to dump out the tea and add more hot water was not the smartest way to fix the problem, if I wanted a cup of water that’s what I would have ordered.

If you want a dirty store and your in no hurry for the next day or so then come to this store. Well just don’t be in too big a hurry. There is always a good 5 – 10 wait. Even when there is no one in line. I’ve waited in line for one gal to get off her private phone call and the other was on the outside of the case wiping it down yet… I still waited 10 minutes for them to take my order yet acknowledge me. This is THE WORST Starbucks in 20 miles of Seattle.

I’m usually not one to rant about Star-​bucks since, ‘how in the heck can you screw up coffee?’ But these folks have found a way, and well over 15 times. Their iced venti caramel macchiato (or however you spell it) tastes burnt and they put in WAY too much milk in that drink. If I wanted milk I’d ask for a tall glass of 2% milk, but i’m asking for a blended coffee here folks.
I usually eat outside since I don’t like the rushed feel and atmosphere inside. On more than 3 occassions I had random homeless people asking for change, where there stolen bike was, etc. Even had a physical confrontation with one guy because he slapped the warm cream cheese-​danish out of my hand when I told him to leave me alone and go away.
I wont be giving this store my money any longer. Best to just make coffee from home and bring it in a thermos.
Plus Star-​bucks lately tastes like something a six year old is attempting to make for the first time. Not great.
p. s. quit allowing people to have their cars temporarily parked curb side with their flashers on, just to rush in and get a coffee and come right back to their vehicle. Tell those people to park properly or else you wont serve them. They cause too many accidents outside and people have to drive around their vehicle while watching for oncoming traffic and pedestrians who don’t know how to cross a street into the parking lot.

My favorite Starbucks to study at. My favorite spot at this location always happens to be available when I get there! :) The only reason I gave a 4 stars is because it’s a hit or miss with the baristas. Some are friendly and others… not so much.

This store is the best. All of the barista are so friendly. always got the right drink and if they messed up they always know how to make it right.

I come to this Starbucks often on my lunch break. It’s quite busy in the afternoon but that’s reasonable. The baristas are quick and make a great cup of joe. If you don’t like your coffee just let them know they will graldly remake it for you.

I travel a lot so I go to different Starbucks around seattle about 3 – 4 times a week. At this location I was surprised to see not one employee smiling or saying thank you. It wasn’t particularly busy but I still waited about 10 min in line with only one person in front of me. 4 employees behind the counter and the customers behind me received their food before I did. It also seamed that the lady’s were gossiping about customers in the lounge. I can’t say I’ll never come back but I may drive a mile more to go to a different location. I hope the survive improves.

This is the only starbucks I go to at least 4 or 5 times a week for I enjoy everything about this place and specially the stuff are amazing! But recently their wifi has not been working and I don’t understand how such a huge corporation would have hard time fixing such a minor problem? Hello starbucks?

Took forever (20min + for 2 drinks), both employees not very nice. I had to repeat my drinks like 3 times bc he wasn’t really listening to me when he asked what can I get you… I was nice about it, smiled and apologized and kept repeating myself, he finally got it and acted annoyed by me! Maybe he was new?! Drinks weren’t that good either. Starbucks is already not my favorite coffee stop but this didn’t help!

Customer service is great. Friendly staff. I always go there every morning before work in the day I work. They remember me very well so always get my drinks ready before I could even ask. The usual. A tall or grande «Salted caramel mocha» w/​extra salt and caramel. My usual

This particular Starbucks is closest to where I live so on a given weekend I can typically be found here trolling about when I’m in zombie mode due to a lack of coffee.
The service is usually pretty fast. The baristas aren’t all that friendly, but they do manage to get their job done of making your coffee consistently & effectively. By that I mean that my drink has never been screwed up to date. Kudos to them.
The place fairly large for a Starbucks & doesn’t feel cramped. Clean, fast, efficient is how I’d describe this particular location.

I like the coffee. A lot. The particular service at this Starbucks is something I do not like however. I don’t know why the barista feels the need to snap and draw dirty looks when you ask her to top your coffee off with milk. Perhaps if you had placed some out in the first place your snarkiness could have been avoided.

I usually just give starbucks 3 star reviews because they are regular places to get coffee and nothing outstanding and nothing personable just a okay service. But when I came here on Saturday, the lady who helped me was great, she actually checked my ID on my card and she also talked to me a little, which I love, shows she loves people and her job! It is busy here, shoppers need their caffeine high so on this visit on a busy Saturday afternoon, I waited about 5 minutes to order, then about 15 minutes to get two drinks, maybe even longer? There were lots of people waiting and they had about 4 – 5 employees working on peoples orders, so they seem pretty well staffed to me!
But other than that, they have lots of seating space and tables indoors and out. Very chill and a cute little coffee space in the middle of the shopping plaza~!

Went through the drive thru on a weekend mid-​afternoon. No line, and service was fast and friendly. Actually I had visited this spot the night before as well, and received the same treatment that time. Ordered a nonfat cinnamon dolce latte, and was totally satisfied with the drink :)

I like this Starbucks a lot.
Had one barista that gave my sister a hard time about her employee discount here… but everyone else has been great and they make stellar drinks.
You’d think no one would know about this Starbucks… that’s certainly not the case, as every time I’m here the seats are full.

2 stars for convenience, coffee is only ok, seldom iTunes cards, slow and crowded, no seating inside

The two stars aren’t for the coffee. Starbucks coffee is the same in every Starbucks.
These two little stars are for the crappy service I encountered in the 2 times I’ve been here.
My bf and I had evening class near this location so to keep us awake, we went by first.
The first time, the girl behind the register was clearly annoyed. No smile, no greeting. This is fine, anybody can have a bad day. But she slammed the empty cup on the counter and after scribbling my order on the sleeve she looked at me as if I made her kill 3 baby seals with her bare hands.
The barista that made the coffee had the same ‘tude. Slamming things on the counter and moping.
Second time here there’s two people in front of us. Different girl at the register. The first customer is helped, he walks to the pick up table and the girl at the register walks to the side where a friend of hers is standing. Then a squeek comes out with a «Omigaaash that’s soooow cuuute!» and this goes on for a little bit. A line is forming now and still she stands there with her friend, clearly ignoring the customers. The girl proceeds to just talk to her friend about a bracelet and «omigashing» about it and after about a minute she comes back, acts like nothing happened and takes orders while talking to her friend to the side.
Yeah I don’t need full attention as a customer, but this was ridiculous. Look me in the eyes when I order and don’t make me say it twice because you’re having a conversation with someone else.
Customer service training is needed at this location.

I can never complain about any Starbucks. Staff always friendly and you know what you get when you go there. I keep with my regular mild drip grande no room for cream. I keep it plain. cinnamon and nutmeg for a nice essence. I will occasionally put cream in. Plain coffee=0 calories. Everything in moderation of course. This location is web friendly, lot’s of people inside playing on their computers or conducting business affairs. Music always welcome to create a pleasant ambiance. I’ve been here before and will be back when I get to the area again.

I dont know why this place gets so many bad reviews. I come here often and have always received GREAT service! It’s a big starbucks that allows you to sit and relax from a hard day of shopping!
