I took lessons with Ben for upwards of 2 years, and the only reason I left was because I had to move across the country for college. I definitely felt that I improved my singing in a healthy and sustainable way, and would is recommend him to any of my friends– male or female! As a female soprano, Ben does a great job explaining the different facilities of the female voice that are accessible and help to sing healthily!

I had the pleasure of taking lessons with Ben when he lived in Spokane. I’ve been taking lessons for 14 years, and this was the best money I ever spent on voice lessons. When I travel to Seattle, I always call ahead to make sure he has time in his schedule for a lesson with me. Not only is he adept at vocal training, but acting, as well. He was the first person to introduce me to Stanislavski, and continues to educate and expose me to different artists and methods (both vocal and theatrical).
He was also very good about listening to what kind of vocal technique I wanted to learn rather than telling me which genres I should focus on (i.e. classical vs. musical theater vs. pop, etc.)
I could go on forever about how amazing he is. I highly recommend him!
