If your child is in private school or attends some other school that requires uniforms then this is THE place to go.
It’s usually dead throughout the year, but be warned that if you wait until the last minute for back to school shopping, this place is insanely packed come mid to late August. With that being said, the store is always immaculately organized, which keeps the chaos to a minimum. There is usually extra staff on hand during peak shopping seasons to help out and keep wait times down in the check-​out line. If you forget the uniform guide your school gives you, they typically keep copies at the at front of the store, which are all well-​organized so that you can walk in and pick up a brochure before you start your shopping.
My only complaint is that yeah, inevitably, uniforms here are expensive. Fortunately, the clothing is very well made and lasts throughout the wear and tear of the school year, and then some — assuming your little one doesn’t outgrow it first. However, there are rarely ever any sales that result in significant savings (usually only 10% off promos every now and again). I prefer to shop for polos and pants at other stores such as Land’s End, The Children’s Place, JC Penny, The Gap, etc., where you can usually find the basics at a cheaper price and even utilize some promotional offers. Otherwise, I have no choice but to continue coming here for jumpers, embroidered cardigans, and matching hair accessories — thankfully it’s always been a pleasant shopping experience.
