WHAT A TOtAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The is long but you’re gonna want to know this… Coming from Southern California(took us 2 days to get there) and booked a room weeks ahead. Gave us 2 separate rooms instead of the 2 queen beds in a room that we paid for, which meant that one of us had to sleep on the other room separately for the whole stay, which was 5 nights & six days! The rooms were not even close to each other! What were they thinking!?? The front desk guy, Michael, said that we could move to the room that we paid for in 2 days. Then he gave us an option that one of us can move to a different room the next day so its right next to each other, which meant that for the first 3 days of our stay, were gonna have to be moving from one room to another then to another, and carrying our stuff with us in the car to check in again later when we get back(check out 11, check in 3p)!!!Seriously?! Really?! He finally moved somebody else that hasn’t checked in yet and have us the room that we paid for, after I set my foot down! He was very apologetic and really sounded like he was very sorry and said it was the person before him who screwed us up that was the only thing that held me back from refunding our whole stay. — Pillows smelled of really bad odor, sheets were not so clean, I was itching the whole time. Our bed mattress was so old it was hard and uneven in the middle. I had to pick up the towels from the front desk when I asked for new ones. I wish this was helpful. Stay away from this place everyone, it’s a waste of money! It gets worse… Was checking out when this poor guy ahead of me was askng for a new room bec the bed they have is making noises every time they move that they couldn’t sleep comfortably. The woman in the front desk, Cora, was asking him to pay $ 25 to switch rooms! Really?!The poor guy said why wld he have to pay when the room they got is very uncomfortable. She kept on arguing w/him, wasn’t even the least apologetic! Have you heard of the term SERVICERECOVERY?! He finally asked for a refund &she said he had bought a non-refundable room. He said, I also bought a comfortable room& that’s not what I was given. She said there was nothing she could do. He fnally asked to speak w/a manager& she said come back monday! It was only saturday! She wsn’t even trying to resolve it! I finally stepped in &said just give the poor guy a break. She said there’s no available room, I said if there isn’t, how come u’re asking him to pay $ 25 to swtich rooms? She just looked @me &didn’t say anything. I chcked out, told the guy goodluck&left.

The worst hotel I have stayed in, the rooms smell awful for a non smoking hotel there are ashtrays everywhere which when you put on your air conditioning smoke smell fills the room, moldy bathroom, I didn’t feel safe and moved the chair to put in front of the door and it looked like it have never been clean with the amount of trash under there, no hair dryers and none available, rude staff. Room never clean or new towels in 3 days and I did ask. NEVER staying here or with this chain again,

Not bad as what I’ve read from the Unilocalers on here… our room was nice and clean. I loved how we can a little stovetop and frig. Only negative part was drug addicts staying at the hotel but their was no troubles when I was there, and yes I would come back here.

Bed bugs ! Bed bugs galore! Disgusting I have was switched to 4 different rooms all rooms had bed bugs !! Never coming back again here this place smelled awful just disgustingly awful !!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Do not come here. Very creepy and under construction. Everything is boarded up. They started construction at 8 in the morning. Hammering away all morning. Awful!

Poor quality, old, and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. No toiletries or hair dryer in the room. Dingy dark bathroom. Breakfast was a basket of pre-packaged muffins and granola bars in the lobby. Poor customer service.

Never in my life have I had a reservation for a room, only to find out on arrival that they had oversold their rooms, and bumped me to a hotel in Kent, many miles further South than where I needed to be. I had booked the room 7 days earlier, on their company website. One star for the helpful front desk gal, that called around, and found me a better option to be moved to. Second star for comping my first night stay at the new hotel, and the new hotel honoring my Southcenter rate. The negative– this makes me leery to book with this hotel chain again, as apparently your reservation is not firm, even if reserved.

Our family stayed here for one night and it wasn’t that great of a hotel for the money. When we first walked into the room it stunk! Addressed the issue with front counter and her fix was she provided us a bottle of Frebreze! Didn’t help at all. Beds were soft and squeaky. No hair dryer in the room. Grab and go breakfast was lame. Avoid this property. We will avoid Extended Stays for future travels.
