This is a great store for cheaper trendy clothes! As long as you go in knowing that not the best quality you will be happy with your purchases! They have such a great selection of clothes. From trendy fashion forward pieces to everyday basic pieces! Also have jewelry and shoes! For my job my clothes get stained, so it’s nice to have clothes that look professional but if get ruined I don’t care!

It’s not often that I shop at Forever 21. Maybe I stop by and browse about once a month. Once in a great while I’ll find something that I’ll actually buy. For the most part, though, I think their clothes are cute, but the quality is lacking. As some other reviewers have previously stated, some of their clothes look and feel cheaply made. What I do love about this particular store, though, is that they offer a great plus size section. The jeans in Forever 21+ are AWESOME. $ 15 for a pair of jeans that fit perfectly. I’m short(5’3″), so it’s difficult to find jeans that fit me length-wise, but these are perfect and sexy. Customer service is really lacking here. Employees who work on the floor are not friendly or welcoming. I have never been greeted or told hello upon entering the store. I’ve had employees walk right pass me and not even acknowledge my existence. The cashiers tend to be a little friendlier, but not much.

As everyone knows, F21 is not the place to go for investment pieces. However, if you are on a budget and want cute, trendy clothes, then definitely pop by. As I get closer to 30, I find it more and more difficult to find things here, but the prices make it worth the search. I love the blue with black trim body-hugging sweater dress I picked up, and wore it to the company Christmas party. If you’re a bit older than the main demographic, you’ll probably need to spend more time searching through the racks. Just get ready to celebrate when you find something amazing!

I used to LOVE this store, I know the stuff was cheap and cheaply made but I feel like it is even MORE so now. The fabrics are so chincy and the styles out now are gawd awful. I used to always be able to score some cute stylish jewelry for next to nothing you would pay at department stores, but again I feel the quality is better at a dollar store.

They carry cute«throw away» clothes for teens… Love that they have junior plus size(my teen is no size 0)…She found the perfect«parisian» dress for 8th grade graduation and the sales staff treated her like royalty(and I only spent $ 25!) Will definitely be back here to find her some cute trendy school clothes at a great price.

I rarely can say that clothing stores, or stores in the mall in general are completely terrible, but this particular forever 21 goes beyond that. From the moment you walk in, there is absolutely no one to help you, and if you ask anyone, they seem to act like you’re interrupting or disturbing them somehow. Most of the workers are just gossiping amongst each other lazily organizing clothes, or what they even can call organizing. Which brings me to my next point. Especially for chain stores there is usually an order to things, a categorization process to divide styles and seasons of clothes, but this place looks like a tornado demolished it. When you first walk in everything seems to be in order, but as soon as you walk into other sections of the store it becomes complete chaos. There is absolutely no order to anything whatsoever, clothes are spilled on the floor and strewn across clothing racks. Nothing is categorized by size or color or style, it’s just clumps of clothes here and there. The«SALE» section isn’t really a sale section, but a place where the workers got even lazier than they already were before and just pushed random racks of clothes together in the corner of the store, so cramped together that you have to navigate your way through them like a labryinth. What sale they do have is a rack in the absolute very back with clothes that look like they’ve been there for 5 years, with again, no order. I usually don’t rant about many things as much as this, but it’s disappointing coming from someone who likes forever 21 a lot, and can’t summon the courage to step foot into this one again. Don’t waste your time trying to shop here, just head downtown or to Northgate where you’re much better off.
