Today, I was shopping at Southcenter with my cousins and I happened to pass by MK. Being me, I love MK and always have to go in. I bought my little cousin a black watch(accompanied by a gentleman) for his birthday. He was very nice and helpful. As I continued to look around, I saw this purse I liked so I put it around me to see how it would look like on me, then this lady(staff) came over and tried to buy me by showing me some different sizes and styles. I decided that I shouldn’t get it because I already bought a watch for my cousin. When I said I couldn’t afford it, my cousin overheard her talking under her breath to the same gentleman saying«why did she even pick the purse up if she wasn’t going to buy it; wasting our time». I’m giving two stars because the two gentlemen were very helpful sizing the watch and everything else. But that lady better get her shit in check.

Stopped by for a new watch and bag. Sweet girl named Tran did a wonderful job familiarizing me with the products and made great suggestions. Took care of me well. Didn’t pressure me. Ended up walking out with nearly $ 1k worth of goods. Thanks Tran!

My wife and I decided to stroll in this MK store, we’ve been to numerous locations from CA, Vegas, HI and of course WA(Seattle, Bellevue, etc.) and this one surpassed them all. I didn’t expect much — given it was in Southcenter. The mall has a stigma — but Wesfield is changing things for the better. But it’s still in a pretty ghetto part of South Seattle. Any case, we were shopping around and were greeted by a friendly staff member — Suzanne. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were doing some back to school shopping for our 6 year old daughter and decided to add to her purse collection. Yeah, a bit excessive but YOLO and all that, plus my daughter is super cute. We must have went through 10 purses. Suzanne was very patient and offered some great suggestions — we did end up buying the 11th choice that she offered up. Next time you are shopping for a MK purse or accessory, definitely stop by here and ask for Suzanne. Only one star off for the lack of air conditioning and circulation in this mall.

I just got my mom a clutch from their store. I am not going to talk about the brand or the products because there is no doubt that it is one of the best. However r, All these stars go to Emily. She is such a sweetie who knows how to treat her customers with care. Being a man, I am pretty ignorant when it comes to women purses, bags… etc. Emily made it really easy for me. Honestly, if Michael Kors management is reading this, Emily is a promising professional. I have been to brand stores all over the world. Emily does show the attitude and professionalism of a world class saleswomen.

OMG! World’s best customer service!!! All of those low-star ratings must come from those who don’t like being catered to at a luxury brand store. When you go to a luxury retail store you should expect to be taken care of. Asked a ton of personal questions to uncover your needs, and given 100% honest product knowledge so that you understand why you’re spending $ 400 on a handbag. Love them all, especially the store manager!

This was only my second visit to this particular store. It was not a pleasant one at all. These women(staff) really come off as snobby and practically expect a piggy back ride around the store(they seriously hover THAT closely). I’ll stick to the downtown Seattle store instead.

I have never really been a «brand» shopper but I’ve come to learn some things are a better investment than others. So I’ve become a MK fan. I love the bags. Love the accessories. And I’m pretty sure I’m on to loving the shoes as well. We spent a about 45 minutes in this store looking around but mostly chit chatting with the girls that work here. They were really cool and not pushy with the sales. I did come out with a pair of boots and my friend a pair of heels, but that’s totally not the point. My son was with me as well and I’m pleased to not see any nasty faces towards us. He doesn’t run around screaming but you know how kids are generally not«welcomed» in high price stores. I’m definitely making a stop back in the store sometime next month for a super cute ring I saw. Even when I walked in looking all scrubby I was treated respectfully. Good service. And I’m glad to hear they’re opening a store in Alderwood mall!
